Super clean! View was great, and we had little to no complaints. My only warning is that it is a little ways up the mountain. Also, the top room is an open space, so everything can be heard. Overall, a great cabin and would stay here again!

The positives: We booked late and got a discount. The view was really terrific. Check in was easy. We requested a deck chair be moved from upstairs and were cheerfully helped. Great location in a quiet setting that was central to the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, etc.The cons: Things throughout the cabin needed repairs/attention: wobbly dining room table, no dining room lights, fireplace wouldn't turn on, top dishwasher rack had no pins to hold it in, outside garbage was full and never emptied, etc. Downstairs shower is small. Also, be aware that the entrance ramp to the front door is very steep and has a sizeable gap between it and the road - difficult to navigate especially for loading and unloading.

The cabin was excellent. Very clean and the views were amazing. I love the floor plan and the coziness. The kids loved it too. My teenage son was happy to have the bedroom upstairs all to himself. It was the perfect place to stay.

Host was very responsive. But the property had a few issues:-Not well cleaned, I had to request that the upstairs tub was cleaned because there was brown water stains and dead bugs. There were so many cob webs around the property, the floor was dirty and we swept it when we arrived. -The upstairs tub started leaking and there was water dripping from the kitchen ceiling after we took a shower. We had to use 1 small stand up shower for 6 people. Doable but inconvenient.-The hot tub was very old and was cold when we arrived.-We also had to request batteries for the remotes.Other than that the stay was good.

Dear Liam, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found us responsive and that you had an overall good stay. We addressed the concerns as soon as they were reported, including having the cabin cleaned again and providing new batteries for the remotes. Since our cabin is surrounded by nature and forest, occasional cobwebs or bugs can appear despite regular cleaning. Regarding the upstairs bathtub, we had it inspected by a professional plumber and confirmed there was no leak. The water came from excess shower water flowing outside the tub if the shower curtain is left outside. The hot tub is cleaned, sanitized, and refilled before every guest checks in. After a fresh refill, it does take some time to heat back up to the desired temperature. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to host you again in the future. Somya

The road to get up to the cabin is very steep and narrow with turns. Entrance getting into the cabin was easy. We had an issue with lights upstairs and the toilet downstairs and was addressed on a Saturday. For four adults space was ok. Lighting in the kitchen could have used more. We also had problems day 2 with small ants. We used the cleaner they had there and just cleaned the kitchen a lot. Took a small blackstone table top and cooked breakfast outdoors. Washer and dryer was an added touch was nice to do up laundry before heading home. The hot tub didn’t look up to date the cover and switch panel looked worn so we did not use that. The kitchen table looked worn we found a runner like cloth and put that down. Recommend bringing a table cloth you can wipe off daily to eat on. Dishwasher was nice to do dishes daily. The bedroom upstairs our friends took that one and said up by the smoke doctor was areas you could see light thru. When we set outside our last night we could see gaps in the wood. Took pic of this to send to owner. The drop off where the cabin sits you would be like no way you’re gonna see bears. But we did three bears visited us the morning we were packing up. Came with in 3-4 ft of our front door. Checked out our cooler nothing in it but we have pics to prove it. Also tried to get into the trash cans which was caged. Was the highlight of our trip. Over all was good not sure if we would stay in that area. The drive back and forth to. Cabin we were not expecte

The cabin was a relaxing spot for our family trip to the smoky mountains. It was a great size for our family of five. It was quite a drive up the mountain, which had a great view, but made trips in and out of town a bit longer. The hot tub could use to be updated. Plenty of dishes and items for food prep. Overall very clean, did find some dead bugs in many areas. Would have been nice to have a grill on site. Pool table upstairs was a nice activity for the family. Overall had a great trip!

Nice! Location was truly up in the mountain. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the pool table was not leveled and the pool sticks are mossing the top part lol.

Great stay the location, only thing was that there were a notable amount of carpenter bees flying around the property, but they weren't too bothersome and didn't get inside.

You will feel like you are in the middle of the mountains yet we are only 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Strip and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!! We are also ideally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and less than 5 miles from Dollywood. You will enjoy a relaxing hot tub on the deck overlooking Valley Views, extremely comfortable beds with "SOFT" sheets, a pool table, full cable package on all 3 of our flat screen Smart HDTV's, a fully stocked kitchen with a keurig coffee maker, a washer/dryer, a swimming pool in the summer months in a resort in one of the most convenient locations in the Smokies and of course AMAZING VIEWS!!!
