GUEST ACCESS
▶ The property is fenced for your safety and privacy.

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines before each stay.
▶ Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods are provided.
▶ Washer and dryer are located in the Main House and only accessible for bookings of 7+ nights. Please notify us in advance for access.
▶ Note: Washer is currently out of order. Dryer is working.

TOWELS
▶ Please use towels responsibly as we do not change towels daily. If towels are stained, damaged, or lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent at 6:00 AM on the day of your arrival.
▶ Must be 21 years or older to book.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup: Tuesday & Friday
▶ Recycle Pickup: Tuesday
▶ Bulk Pickup: Friday
▶ Trash bins are located by the right-side fence when facing the front door.

PARKING
▶ Free curbside parking is available directly in front of the home.
▶ Please prioritize curbside parking, as the driveway is reserved for the Main House guests.

PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ Parties are not permitted unless approved in advance.
▶ Unauthorized gatherings may result in a fine of up to $500.
▶ Exceeding sleeping occupancy due to an event may result in a $50 per additional guest fee.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted with prior approval.
▶ A pet sanitation fee of $75 to $200 per pet applies, depending on the number of pets and the length of your stay.
▶ The payment request will be sent on your arrival date.
▶ Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, each under 45 lbs.

SMOKING POLICY
▶ Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
▶ Outdoor smoking is allowed but must be clean and odor-free.
▶ A fine of up to $500 will apply if indoor smoking is detected.

QUIET HOURS
▶ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▶ Please respect neighbors—violations may result in fines up to $500.

CAMERAS & MONITORING
▶ External surveillance and noise monitors are installed for safety.
▶ Security cameras are located around the exterior of the home only.

GRILL USE
▶ A $40 propane fee applies if you’d like to use the grill.
▶ Please notify us the night before to ensure the propane tank is filled after payment.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting is not responsible for packages or personal items left behind after checkout.

DISCOUNTS
▶ Long-term stay discounts are automatically applied when inputting dates through the booking platform.
