This lovely 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome has all the features for you to enjoy. Enjoy an outside entertaining deck that will provide the perfect morning coffee space or evening dinners and relaxing after an enjoyable day on the beach or at the pool. This villa is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort.

This is the perfect villa for a family beach vacation.

Please note that guests are responsible for purchasing any replacement wristbands if original wristbands are lost or misplaced during their stay.

Beachwalk Vacation

This was our annual vacation. Overall the condo was in perfect location. We like to stay at home and cook and only go out 2 times for the week since we are a large family. The cooking utensils and pots and pans need to be updated. I could not cook breakfast in the frying pans without it having a burnt texture. I would also invest in some blinds or curtains for the living room areas due to how open it is. It’s nice to not feel like someone is watching you from the outside.

Updated & great location

Nice updated 3 bedroom unit with plenty of space. Relatively close to the beach and just off the bike/walking path. Nice views as well.

Enjoyable and beautiful place to stay!

We stayed for a month at this beautiful condo. We had different guests coming each week including my 89-year old Mom, friends, and later 2 daughters and 3 teen grandkids. We found lots to do, visited different places to eat most nights, watched the golfers, and enjoyed the beach and poolside, though the pool was cold yet. Having two living room areas is a real plus! Bedrooms were comfortable. The remodeling of the condo next door and replacement of our deck were our only disturbances.

Great spot for family

Great spot. Beautiful kitchen and picture perfect windows. Perfect space for a large family. The bathrooms upstairs leave much to be desired. Just simply dirty. Everything is listed and presented as described but there are no extras. Only salt and pepper. If you need anything else like most places post covid no extras. No coffee or sugar. Will absolutely stay again.

Beachwalk 202

The property was very nice and on a very good location. The management company was amazing, very responsive and took care of all our needs. However, the place was very dusty with dirty carpets and couches. It looks like the cleaning company just does a bare minimum when it comes to cleaning the property. I would have someone check their work because everything else was absolutely perfect.

Great, quiet location with easy access to beach and pool.

The townhouse is located within walking distance of community pool and about a 10 minute walk to beach. A Beach Club parking pass for one vehicle was included in the check-in package, so no need to even walk. However, we enjoyed the trek to the beach. Good island location. We enjoyed the comfort of the townhouse except for some easily addressed issues. - very leaky window at bottom of breakfast nook. We sopped up water after a torrential thunderstorm. - stopped-up drain in 2nd en suite bath. - worn carpet in living room. Outside furniture by picnic table was worn, but replaced within a day of our check-in. - sheer curtains on Master Bedroom window. Blinding sunlight in morning or if neighbor left outdoor lights on. We contacted the property manager once during our stay and someone was at the townhouse within a couple of hours.

We had an Awesome time! There were several maintenance issues. They were reported and repair in a timely matter. The villa had not be clean properly. Issue was reported and they came out and clean the areas that needed cleaning.

Lovely Home

This was a beautifully remodeled home with lots of space, comfortable rooms, and convenient location to beach while still offering a private feel. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Plenty of room in the unit for our family of 7. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a good 10 to 12 min walk to the beach, but we rented bikes and drove our vehicle to the parking area at the beach, so it worked out really well in unloading & loading up for the day at the beach. Enjoyed riding our bikes around Shipyard and seeing the wild life. Would recommend staying here
