Waterfront Condo - 5 minute boat ride to Crab Island!!!

Come enjoy the quiet, serene beaches of Okaloosa Island or enjoy a 5 minute boat ride to the world famous Crab Island! With access to use the pool and private boat dock/pier. There is also dock access to allow for pickup/drop off with a boat. Boat ramp access less than a 1/4 mile from condo. Short walk across the sky bridge to our beautiful beaches on the gulf as well as small private beach on the bay,the Gulfarium or Boardwalk for local shopping, variety of food and entertainment .
This elegant 2BD 2BA condo has recently undergone full renovation. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a master bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds attached bathroom with a stand up shower. Take a walk on the boat dock and watch the amazing sun rise or sun set , or go fishing off pier. Fireworks on boardwalk , and live bands at the neighboring elks lodge.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

Perfect for our family of 4. The new updates/remodel are beautifully crisp & clean yet very comfortable & cozy. All of the beds were comfortable with nice quality linens including the fresh white bath towels. Several soft throw blankets were a nice added touch. Basic kitchen essentials & brand new appliance made prepping snacks & cooking meals easy & enjoyable. The stacker washer/dryer was a great convenience for all our beach wear. Cable (Cox) tv in the living area & smart TVs in the bedrooms were easy to operate & had subscriptions. The small balcony was nice for having my quite time coffee though there isnt a view of the bay nor much anything other than other units as this unit is on the opposite end from the bay but typical for a first floor unit. We very much enjoyed the private bay swim area in the evenings, where the kids swam,found hermit crabs & watched boats come in. The pool overlooks the bay & is so beautiful as the colors of the sky change at sunset. The TomThumb store infront of the complex was a great convenience for ice on our way to the beach. It is most realistic to drive to the beach as its 4 lanes and slightly down to the closest public access. We highly recommend for those that want to relax and have a beach experience without dealing with the hussle & bussle of the touristy party scene.
