This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental offers a fully equipped kitchen, den with futon, cozy living room, porch that views the river and a relaxing firepit. River access so bring your water tubes, kayaks and fishing poles.

The space
This lovely rental can accommodate up to 7 guests. Completely furnished and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen, dishwasher, central heat/air. One bedroom has full bed and twin bed, one bedroom has a bunk bed (full & twin) and the master bedroom has a queen size bed. Have a den area with a futon that can be used to sleep. There are 2 full bathrooms one has a shower only. Beautiful large porch to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the river. Smart TVs available in living room and 2 bedrooms. Feel free to access your streaming services, no cable. Gas grill available. Fire pit is available. Smoking is not permitted. No pets allowed.
This home is located directly on the Virginia Creeper Trail. You’re a short bike ride to downtown Damascus (2mi) and to the grocery store (1.2). Damascus is known best as Trail Town USA, where seven nationally known trails intersect within its borders, but it is so much more! Damascus and the surrounding areas offer hiking trails, kayaking, biking, local restaurants, brewery and winery.
