The space
**ELECTRIC CAR CHARGER IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT PORCH**
The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and 2 twin beds...a room divider separates the queen from the twins for privacy. Directly across this bedroom is a private bathroom, with shower, as well as a beautiful "Vanity Area", with spectacular lighting.
Downstairs is the laundry room, washer & dryer, as well as laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and stain remover.
The bedroom downstairs has a very comfortable queen size bed, as well as an oversized chair, which folds out into a twin bed, and also has a divider for privacy.
The living room has a sofa sleeper, with a memory foam mattress, as well as storage which includes bedding, pillows, and lots of throw blankets. There is a 50-inch TV mounted on the wall, as well as an X-Box with games and 2 controllers, as well as plenty of board & card games. TV is connected to WI-FI for your streaming pleasure. There is also a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, wine glasses, coffee pot, electric tea pot, toaster, hand mixer, mixing bowls, pots & pans, utensils, as well as coffee, water, and spices. There is also a work area, for those who still need to tend to business while vacationing, as well as a highchair for your little one...and of course toddler plates, bowls, cups, and plastic ware.
If you chose to dine outside, we have 2 extendable tables, seating for 14, and a cart which includes grilling utensils, patio dinnerware, and glasses. Gas fire pit as well as grill... if you want to enjoy the 2 acres, please feel free to use the frisbee golf net, don't worry about packing your frisbees, there are several to choose from.
** There are 2-fold up beds, with memory foam mattresses, as well as bedding in the closet by the front door... if you will be needing these, I will get them out prior to check in, they are an additional $25/each**

Entire space is intended to be used by guests, with the exception of the downstairs locked closet, which has additional beds

Ring doorbell camera, is on front porch, as well as Bluetooth keypad, and of course an electric car charger :)

Hello!! My husband and I absolutely LOVE living in the Black Hills of South Dakota so much, we wanted to buy an additional home for others to get to enjoy what we consider, "Heaven on Earth"!
We bought a beautiful house on 2 acres and are so excited to share it with YOU!! The entire home will be, "Yours", during your stay. The house is located directly across from Reptile Gardens, Mount Rushmore is less that 25 minutes from the house, as well as Hill City, Custer, Pactola Lake, Sheridan Lake, and Sylvan Lake. The kitchen is ready for most all your cooking needs, if you would rather grab a burger, Shipwreck's Bar & Grill is about 150 yards from the house, or you can take a drive to downtown Rapid City in less than 15 minutes. If you want to check out Sturgis, approximately 40 minutes, then from there... only a 22 minute drive to Deadwood!!
I am a new host, this is something I have been wanting to do for quite sometime, I'm looking forward to making your stay special, unique, and stress free! To help achieve your vacation goals, I also offer a concierge service. When we are vacationing, I love the option to cook at home, however I DO NOT like grocery shopping while on vacation. Stress no more about the grocery shopping, I will not only pick up your groceries, I will have all items put away prior to your arrival. * This service is not included in your reservation, there is an additional fee*

I believe most people visiting The Black Hills, really want to "Feel" like they are in THE Black Hills. Our property is definitely located in The Black Hills, you will have the "Rustic" feel, without being rustic. With pride, I can say this home is spacious, clean, has most amenities a family or group needs, the patio deck has the most amazing sense of peace and calming. I believe the location of the home is priceless, you are smack dab in the middle of THE BLACK HILLS! Mount Rushmore is minutes from the house, as well as Bear Country, Old McDonald's Farm, Reptile Gardens, and still you are less than 10 miles from downtown Rapid City. Those who are concerned about charging your electric car, do not need to worry, we have an electric car charger on the front porch!
