Njut av en lugn tillflyktsort bort från folkmassorna i en avskild enfamiljshus direkt på havet. En perfekt plats att fly på din egen privata vit sandstrand med några stenar. Spektakulär havsutsikt från båda nivåerna i ett hem. Njut av vackra soluppgångar äter frukost på balkongen sovrum eller första våningen däck. Ha en minnesvärd upplevelse njuter solnedgången middagar på stranden på egen crossover strand däck med platta sanddyner och inga trappor.

Enastående två våningar tre sovrum strand hus med privat pool. Andra våningen har stor sjal runt däck som erbjuder panoramautsikt över havet i alla riktningar. Home är förhöjd höga ovan sanddyner så första våningen utsikt är också stor. De tre sovrummen sova bekvämt åtta och fastighet har hög kvalitet möbler hela. Privat strand är känd för sköldpadda häckande hela världen. .

Platsen är bara en mil norr om Sebastian Inlet som erbjuder några av de bästa fiske och surfing i delstaten Florida. Kvalitet shopping och restauranger finns i närheten i Vero Beach och Melbourne, men läget erbjuder ultimata i avskildhet för en kvalitet semester. Sevärdheter i Orlando är bara 80 miles nordväst.

Awesome place

First off Marilyn is fantastic to work with this was our first time renting a house and we were a little hesitant until we talked to Marilyn it all went smooth. The house was great right on the beach the pool was great and the veiws were spectacular we were also lucky enough to see 2 space X rocket launches from the beach. Great family vacation thank you Marilyn for the memories hopefully we are able to visit again

Best Seashell Beach

Fall break stay.

Less crowded and far from touristy beaches. Private pool was great. Easy to get to grocery and restaurants. Short trips to Cocoa Beach and Vero Beach.

Perfect family location

There were 5 adults and one 8 month old in our group. The very short walk to the beach, fantastic pool, and excellect layout of the home made it the perfect stay. The Sebastian area is one of the last few beach towns in Florida that doesn't feel overrun with cars, people, and condos. For a quiet, beautiful beach experience...This is the best! Highly recommend this rental!

Magical and Serene

This was the most amazing beach house we have ever stayed in. It was very private and had all of the amenities that you could imagine! The host was quick to respond with any questions and made you feel right at home. Words can't describe the scenery inside and out of this property.

Great spot on the beach

Very quiet beautiful beach. Nice pool. Comfortable house. Easy biking distance to Sebastian inlet state park. Marilyn is an excellent hostess. We had an air conditioner go out while we were there. She had the problem fixed the next morning, and the handyman set us up with a portable indoor A/C within hours. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Beach House

We had another great stay at this wonderful ocean front beach home! It is very quiet and secluded, perfect for our getaway. The deck by the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise. This home is just as it is described and met all of our needs. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond and very accommodating. We look forward to returning soon.

An Amazing Relax-cation

We were looking for a relaxing week at the beach this property is absolutely perfect!! Everything was as described and we couldn’t have been happier with the house and amenities it has. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay! It was just steps from the beach and if we needed a break from the beach we were able to relax in the pool! We’re already looking at dates to back and enjoy the beach! Communication with the owners was amazing and they’re very accommodating! Definitely a 5 Star stay!

The house was absolutely wonderful as well as the area. Enjoyed meeting people at the New England Pub. Only recommendation is bring bug spray. The noseeums were awful. However, that is a Florida thing.

Beautiful beach vacation!

tayed here with my husband and 3 young children. The best thing about the house is definitely how close you are to the beach! If you forgot something, it was no big deal to just run back in. It is just like walking to your backyard. This house is very secluded in that we never really saw other people on the beach and if we did they were really far down. Very peaceful! The house has everything you want to cook meals and lots of pool toys and beach chairs/umbrellas. My kids loved the pool and you can tell how clean and well taken care of it is. Check in was super easy and fast which was amazing after traveling all day with kids. We did have a few issues, but Mariyln was so quick to respond and help us. She was fantastic. Can't wait to come back!

Oceanside Perfection

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at this property over the 4th of July holiday week. The house was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and there was space for everyone. The property was well maintained (lawn, pool and beach boardwalk). It had everything we needed for an easy family vacation: bbq, coffee maker, blender, pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, towels, the works. The area is quiet but things to do within a short drive. Look for early morning turtle hatchlings making their way to the sea, dolphins swimming out from the inlet, rays riding the waves and many birds dipping down into the water. We had a blast and hope to be back soon.

Exactly as advertised!

Lots of credit to Marilyn for her communication skills! The house really is exactly as described, secluded and incredibly restorative. Thanks to the house being very well provisioned, we were able to fly in with our three kids (5, 6, 7) with only carryon luggage. A good supply of towels/linens/beach&pool toys and kitchen equipment. And there's a Publix 15 minutes down the road but we did Instacart a few times to maximize our beach time. The beds and linens were SO nice for a VRBO, slept like a baby. The beach really was empty around us so we were able to let our kids roam kind of free which was a delight. There are a few kids attractions close by and more within 35-50 minutes on the mainland. I was worried about the unheated pool but it was a nice temperature for swimming with average outdoor temps between 65-80 degrees. The biting midges were quite a nuisance by the pool when the wind wasn't blowing so I do recommend bug spray! Overall, we had an incredible week here and we'd love to come back.

The feeling of living on an island all by yourself!.....the Beach Cottage-Villa feel, yet, the rooms are large. The house is surrounded by lush tropical foliage including palm trees and sea grape trees. The beauty of Nature is on full display....Dolphins, Sea Gulls, Sand Pipers, birds and the largest Green Turtle nesting beach in the western hemisphere! Beach House is a two story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house with private pool and private beach. First floor has Pool deck and large deck overlooking the beach. Second floor has huge wrap around balcony that offers panoramic ocean views. The views of the pool and beach from the house are simply amazing and the house is tucked away and very private from the road.
Maravilla is fully equipped with quality furniture, mattresses and linens. There are outdoor tables and chairs on both patio and balcony, and chaise lounges by the pool. Sand chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and sand toys are provided.
The close proximity to Disney is great for day trips and Port Canaveral is nearby for a short cruise before or after your stay.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The beach is part of the Archie CarrTurtle Preserve, a very private area of beach with few private homes and absolutely no Condo's or hotels nearby. There are days where you may not see anyone on the beach for hours, but at night, in nesting season, you may see a green turtle laying her egg or babies hatching in the early morning hours.
