This home features 5 bedrooms with a NEW HUGE firepit for relaxing after a long day! Minutes to see the Trolls at Bernheim Arboretum, The Parklands, Churchill Downs and the Famous Bourbon Trail!! Very private view from the rear of the home with plenty of room for outside activities! Plenty of room to spread out even with large groups! Firewood provided. Upgraded linens and towels and free WIFI! Large wrap around porch to watch nature while having coffee in the mornings. Outside seating with additional camping chairs for large groups. Lamps with USB charging stations and wireless charging pads. This home sleeps 11 comfortably and is in the middle of three bourbon trails! Only 5 miles to major shopping, Walmart, Kroger, pubs and restaurants. Wineries within minutes! Pond at end of the street for fishing. Just a 30 minute drive to Taylorsville Lake. Several parks and pay fishing lakes in the area, one being within a 5 minute drive. The host of this property is great. She communicates well and was easily accessible. The property is clean and in a great location if you are looking for things south of Louisville. Great layout for families with kids and in-laws.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for a wedding and brought the whole family (toddlers and a baby too!) It was set up beautifully for us and had plenty of space for the kiddos to run around!

Guys Bourbon Trail

Five friends tasting some bourbon. The house location provided easy access to distilleries in the Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown areas. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and roomy for 5 guys. Enjoyed the inside fire and a movie after touring. Last night grilled some steaks and had a fire pit. Tammie immediately responded to all questions and was very accommodating when our times changed. Will book again next time we're in the Louisville area.

Amazing Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. My brothers and some friends came to Louisville for a bachelor party. The house was in a great location, far enough out to have space and some privacy but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The place was well-stocked (including everything for the firepit) and the beds were really comfortable. The host, Tammie, was extremely nice and helpful, making sure we had everything for our stay and giving us an extensive list of things to do in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house in quite location

A beautiful house with plenty of room. It's in a quiet location not too far from Louisville and very affordable. We only stayed a night, but it was spacious for us to be able to relax and hang out for the evening.Our minor issues was finding the correct driveway in the dusk was a little tricky. It was raining hard when we arrived and there isn't a paved path from the parking spots to the porch, so we had to slosh through the muddy yard. We did our best to not trudge wet shoes in the house though!There were snacks, water and coffee available plus very comfortable couches and beds. Thank you!

Excellent Getaway

We were looking for a place with a pool and room to play. This delivered. Tammie was a great host. She communicated everything we needed to know, and checked in later in the week to see how things were going. The kids loved it and wanted to stay longer! Thanks for making our first VRBO experience wonderful!

4th of July Family Trip

We stayed here over the forth of July holiday week and it worked out great for our family. There were 6 adults and two kids. There was plenty of space for all of us and everything we needed was provided. It was great to have a pool and there were plenty of fireworks around the neighborhood that could be seen from the house. The house was clean and appliances are new and in great shape. Loved all the windows and natural light. The owner was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. This was the first full family trip we had taken in many years and this place just made it that much more enjoyable.

Run for Roses Tournament

Very peaceful and beautiful house 25 minutes away from the expo center where our tournament was held. House was very large and comfortably hosted three families. The host was very responsive to an issue on which door to enter the code into. The host was very welcoming to our families. The only suggestion would be to maybe put more mirrors in house especially in bedrooms to help in getting ready for the day with so many people. Would definitely stay in this beautiful home again!

We stayed here while attending the Equip Expo 2025. We were close enough to the Expo Center and yet far enough away from downtown. Everything was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The house is cozy yet spacious. Unfortunately, we were at a trade show so we did not have a lot of time to take advantage of the pool, bbq, and firepit. However, we all agreed we would be returning.

This home has a very nice location. It is pretty much in the center of 3 bourbon trails, convenient to practically any recreational activity...hiking, kayaking, bourbon tastings, wineries, concerts, shopping, touring downtown etc. It is off the beaten path yet only minutes to major dining, shopping and interstates. Quiet peaceful surroundings with Floyds Fork River in the distance behind the home.

Tall vaulted ceilings in living room and master bedroom, large wrap around porch, very large patio with firepit, pool, pool loungers, charcoal grill, ceiling fans, fireplace, double convection ovens, dishwasher, walk in closets, exterior lighting for night time activities, wireless charging pads and USB chargers on lamps, Smart TVs (all over 45"), smart refrigerator with built in Alexa for recipes, weather and things to do. Large yard for outdoor activities. Small "smores" firepit and large firepit with camping chairs for bigger crowds.
