Welcome to Lakeview Haven, a uniquely shaped A-frame cabin that rests on a gorgeous hillside overlooking Beaver Lake and War Eagle Cove. Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find perfect beach access to launch kayaks and paddle boards.

Perfect spot for a get away!

My wife and I had a great time together exploring NW Arkansas. This was the perfect spot off the beaten path to relax. It was beautiful and better than advertised, everything you need is provided.

Beautiful & peaceful getaway

One of the best cabins we've stayed in - from coziness to cleanliness, location, and amenities. Love that this cabin has a full kitchen with all the tools you need. Loved watching the sunrise over fog and the wildlife.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

Beautiful views from the massive wrap around deck. The cabin was beautiful inside & out. Romantic feel for that special getaway. The hosts were wonderful & pleasant every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Deer Haven

We stayed at this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary. It was perfect. We enjoyed the privacy of the huge deck, the lake view, and watching all the deer. Yet for meals and our anniversary meal we were close to many options. The owner was excellent to work with.

Beaver Lake getaway

This cabin is an adorable A frame with a spectacular porch. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time on Beaver Lake with our friends. We grilled every night on the lovely and quiet porch. Lots of little deer in the neighborhood. Only change I would make is the creaky bed frame. Will come back if In the area again. Natalie is a great host!

5 star all the way

This is a new property and everything was pristine .There were a few minor details we missed like nonstick utensils for the nonstick pans, trash can for the bedroom, but then there were details like an isolating floor fan in addition to the ceiling fan that made up for them. Water is just a short walk away and the view was gorgeous! Deer visited us every morning, squirrels, geese, and humming birds kept us entertained for hours.

Good Cabin

While we did enjoy our stay, there are a couple things we wish we knew before booking which weren’t really shown in the listing. There’s a portion of gravel road you have to take to get to the cabin. The cabin sits in a neighborhood, next to the gravel road that is used by everyone there so “complete immersion in nature” is a bit of a stretch. We still heard/saw neighbors from the street over. Our biggest issue was the a/c. The a/c works well downstairs but it was hot at night upstairs, even with the provided fan. Overall beautiful place to stay, but would consider other options in the summer considering price and things mentioned above.

Amazingly Gorgeous and a one-of-a-Kind Spot!!!

We visited Arkansas for a campus tour at University of Arkansas for my Senior in High School. We looked for hotels In Fayetteville, but we’re finding sky high rates and decided to look for a VRBO instead. I came across this one-of-a-kind listing and thought ok this is only a 30 min drive from the campus and it looks like a beautiful spot. Well it certainly did not disappoint and was even more than we had hoped for. It fit our family Of 4 just perfectly, had all the necessities, amenities and all of the attention to detail. We even brought our boat as we noticed it was close to Beaver Lake. The boating was Incredible and this was by far one of the nicest lakes we’ve been on. We grilled every night and even used the fire pit our final night and made it so nice and cozy. This amazing space made our trip even more memorable and I will never forget the coffee every morning from the balcony with the amazing views and all the sounds of nature. Thank you so much!!!

Nice secluded location, keep in mind at the end, gravel rough road. nice games on hand, we had 3 nights - only supplied 1 and about half roll of toilet paper, we were grateful we bought more. dishwasher is extremely loud-glad we were leaving. Nice coffee/creamers etc provided. the deck was nice/not the property owners fault but at 100 degrees outside, by 8a.m. difficult to enjoy the deck, right in the sun. All in all nice location, secluded.

Mother Daughter Trip

Wanted to take my girls on a road trip with hiking, swimming and sightseeing. Lakeview Haven was perfect for the beginning of our trip. The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Natalie was very responsive and friendly. We loved waking up with our coffee and watching the sunset from the deck. Highly recommend this house! :)

Seamless experience, beautiful property!

We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay.
