always a great experience

We've stayed at this property several times over the years. It has always been comfortable, but the recent renovations have made it even better! It is our first choice for an Alligator Point vacation!

Christmas on the beach

The house is a perfect fit for our family with a great location right on the beach. There were only two minor issues; no clothing hooks in one bedroom and the graphics for the kitchen range controls had worn off making cooking a bit of a guess work challenge.

Perfect Place to Relax

My friends and I have stayed at Endless Summer in previous years for our annual beach vacation. The house was always lovely but the recent renovations improved it even more. The screened porches and outdoor spaces were well-used during out stay. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The proximity of the house to the conservation area is also a bonus, and we took several walks to the point. This is a great place to stay if you need some peace and quiet and relaxation. The wildlife is also great, with lots of dolphin and bird activity. We have rented vaious properties through Josh on numerous occaisions and he has always been extremely helpful and accomodating. We will definitely return to Endless Summer!

Clean, comfortable, great amenities, incredible views. Enjoyed watching dolphins and birds each morning, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Quiet. Comfortable furniture and beds.

awesome getaway home

The house was well kept and the kitchen had everything anybody would ever need. The porches were a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach was a great place to spend the day and watch the wildlife. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing place to stay.

Endless Summer

House was exactly what you see in pictures. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. There were six of us and it was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Beach is basically right outside the door. If you’re considering this place, pull the trigger you won’t regret it.

Forgotten Coast Awesome!

Josh was excellent to work with beginning to end as he & his team worked some things out while we were in route. Best shelling I've encountered on the Gulf. Ultra private. I don't think I could have yelled in either direction on the beach & been heard. The house was the perfect size forbour group of 8. We will return!

Great Place with Wonderful Views

The house was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc for cooking. The view of the beach was breath taken. Thank you to the owners for letting us make memories in their beautiful home. We would highly recommend and will return.

Awesome stay!

This was our second year to visit Alligator Point and stay at Endless Summer. The house was wonderful, the beach fantastic and our week, very enjoyable. No crowds and great sea life adventures for the grandkids. We will definitely stay again!

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Endless Summer. The house was very nice, newly renovated, and had plenty of room for the 8 of us. We had great views of the beach and ocean from the house and we were able to see many dolphins. We also enjoyed walking the beach every evening when the low tide came in and founds lots of shells and marine life. Josh was very responsive to any questions I had. I highly recommend the Endless Summer!

Perfect beach getaway

This is our favorite rental we have stayed in at Alligator Point. The view was incredible from the property and we loved spending time in the covered deck area when we weren't on the beach. The house was very clean and there were plenty of amenities for us to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home and beach!

We love how quiet it is visiting Alligator Point, and have stayed annually for years now, and this home was perfect. It had all I needed for lots of cooking and baking. We loved the layout with 2 master bed/bath areas, and one on the opposite end of the home so my parents didn’t have to hear the kids! The windows were incredible for constant views of the beach and ocean! We saw so many dolphins! There was so much to love about this home! We had to contact the manager about one issue on our arrival and he was very responsive and very helpful. We would love to come back to this place and highly recommended it!

Alligator point

This was our first time vacationing in this area so we really did not know what to expect. We absolutely loved alligator point. This property is located right on the beach with stunning views throughout the whole house. This is the quietest and most peaceful beach we have ever been to with a lot of wildlife and large shells! It is the perfect location for kids. It is called the forgotten coast for a reason- most of the island is untouched there are no businesses, resorts or hotels on the island. Inside of the house is amazing and fully updated. I personally loved the kitchen, master bathroom and the 3 decks on the house. We will most definitely return next year

Perfect getaway

The views are amazing. Such a quiet peaceful place to stay. The house is very sound proof, you won’t hear your neighbors when you’re inside. Great location with steps to the beach. Had a wonderful time staying here.

Pleasantly surprised!

Our family has always beached in the Gulf Shores, AL area. We decided this year to forgo the crowds and venture out. My daughter found the listing for Endless Summer so we booked it and are extremely glad we did! The house was wonderful for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 3-7). The beach was easily accessible and not crowded! With the tidal movements, there was some sea grass to deal with in the mornings, but the afternoons were the best beach time. The grandkids got to see starfish and crabs and multiple other marine organisms we had never seen before. Overall, we all agree this was our best beach experience ever! The owner was great to deal with and the house and area were just as advertised. We will most definitely stay again in the future.

Heavenly!

Josh's home is the perfect beach getaway for a family with young children and grandparents! All of the amenities were as given so we felt comfortable the entire stay. The easy walk from the house to the beach allowed the children to come and go for snacks, nap time and indoor playtime. The covered porch area is great for outdoor meals. The outdoor shower is great for showering off between visits to the beach. Every aspect of our stay was heavenly!

Quiet Retreat / Hidden Gem

After a family wedding, 5 adults (two couples and one single) needed a quiet place to retreat and recharge. Alligator Point is a hidden gem of a beach, very quiet and away from commercial activity. This property was everything we needed, and more. The property was very high quality, super clean and well appointed. In the run up to our stay, Josh was quick to reply to our questions, very helpful with local info, had great recommendations and was eager to make our stay a good one. He made a point to meet us almost immediately upon arrival, provided extra (new) beach chairs and extra ice. Josh was an exceptional host. Property and host receive our highest recommendations.
