Carefree Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom pet friendly cabin in Hochatown, OK. Carefree Cottage is located in the Sunrise Ridge East development. This cabin is privately managed with no extra fees. The cabin is located just minutes from popular restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and the beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king size bed.

Carefree Cottage is the escape you have been looking for. Carefree Cottage has an open living and kitchen concept. Barn doors separate the master bedroom from the living room giving you privacy when needed. Carefree Cottage is nestled in the woods and a perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

Pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (max 2 pets). Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee each and must be approved by owner. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO.

Christmas Getaway

From the initial impression driving up to cabin entry we were extremely impressed. Our host Kyle and Jennifer made this a Christmas to remember. Time finally slowed down. Absolutely Wonderful Cabin!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! Wonderfully equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed, and extremely clean! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the area! I would absolutely recommend this cabin to family and friends! Great cabin in a great location!!

Peace on Earth!!

My Husband and I booked this lovely cabin for our 10 year anniversary and all I can say is WOW! We were blown away by the gorgeous cabin and how cozy it was, while being completely modern with its amenities. We have told anyone who is traveling to BB to check out this gem!! The owners were amazing as well, communication was a breeze and they were so accommodating!

Anniversary Getaway

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here and it was perfect! The cabin was closer to other cabins than we thought but it still a nice spot. Close to everything. The tub/shower was our favorite part of the cabin!

We wanted to stay longer

The location of the cabin is perfect. There are restaurants and activities nearby yet with the cabin sitting back from the road, a creek on the edge of the property, and being surrounded by trees it feels secluded and peaceful. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching tv after hiking all day, and the shower is fantastic.

Relaxing Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful. Broken Bow is such a fun place to stay. The hot tub was much needed after our horseback ride. Will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Quiet getaway

My partner and I spent their birthday in this lovely cabin. It was just what we needed. Spacious rooms, near everything but still a secluded feeling, clean, and great amenities. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

We love traveling to Hochatown/Broken Bow as a family and decided to build our own cabin to rent out and help others make memories. We built Loblolly Lodge and started renting it out in July of 2020 and sold it in April 2022. We opened Sweet Sunrise, our second cabin, in July of 2021. Carefree Cottage is our third cabin. All of our cabins were designed, built and decorated by us! They are our home away from home! This cabin is not managed by a management company. We will personally answer any and all of your questions before, during and after your stay.
