63 days of relaxation

We liked the location as it was close to many good restaurants and the casino. Had a pool but it wasn’t heated so was very cold. Our Son and son-in-law had to clean the grill and patio which was very, very dirty but once they got that done it was really nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was really nice to be able to park our car under the carport and out of the sun. Host was available if we needed something. Only thing we didn’t have was safety bars in the big shower and would want that if we were to go back. It was really nice to have the W/D to due laundry

Cute place

Overall, this property worked well for our family stay. The layout was great, and the bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The house was pretty clean but could use a good dusting, and there were quite a few burnt-out lightbulbs. The furniture wasn't very comfortable, and the pool was cold, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the host was very responsive, which we appreciated. Despite some minor issues, it was a solid choice for a family getaway.

Cozy

Pool was an ice burg we couldn't use it at all during stay despite weather being in the 100s it was in a loud neighborhood people playing music and dogs barking at all hours . Nice house but not a great location

It rained, and the roof leaked everywhere . Dishwashwr broken and smelled garbage disposal broken and smelled .

Great Pool

The pool is awesome and a great relief in the Yuma heat. House is nicely decorated. Comfortable beds though pillows were just ok unless you like very soft pillows. Close to stores and restaurants. Short drive to most everything in Yuma area. The house has most everything needed. Lacked some essential items like pool towels, wash rags, dish towels and extra garbage bags. Laundry soap would have been helpful to wash the towels available. There were plug in air fresheners that weren't pleasant for my allergies but we just unplugged them while there and it was fine. Overall, stay was great.
