This stunning, Newly Renovated condo with everything spanking
brand new. Sleeps 8 and offers the most amazing location and views in the entire Downtown Ocean City!
Enjoy this ULTIMATE beach trip rental with direct Bay-front balcony overlooking the marina, pool, and with best sunsets in OC. Only one and a half-blocks too Boardwalk and the Beach; Right where all the best attractions, Amusement parks, shops, restaurants, pubs, and inlet/dock for fishing. Yet most serene and restfull location.
The apartment is Equipped with 2 Queens size and 2 Full size beds, comfortably sleeping 8, as well as a Queen size sleeper couch in the living room. All bedding is brand new. (sheets not included)
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new granite counter tops and is stocked with all new cookware and dishes. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV's along with fast wireless internet.
The unit is located in desirable White Marlin, also features new bathrooms, doors, bedroom windows, HVAC, gorgeous river rock backsplash and living room wall. New washer/dryer, 3 cable boxes with streaming T.V.'s
ceiling fans, custom window coverings. 2 assigned parking spots. one in garage.

Great location for our weekend stay. Loved overlooking the marina. Kitchen was not greatly equipped for cooking for our large group. We would rent this place again.

Ocean City MD Condo

Our stay in this 2nd floor condo was perfect. It's located on the quieter side of OC where the boats are docked rather than in the midst of the beach crowd, so we found it peaceful, and the view was awesome. Still only about a 10-minute walk to the beach, however... we chose the beach at Assateague National Park seashore less than 30 minutes away. We were on the lookout for as many of the Assateague ponies that we could find and there were plenty! The beach and facilities are very clean. Docks for boat rides right out back of the building along with a couple of good restaurants too.

Such a peaceful stay, with our family. Beautiful views, and great location for boardwalk fun. Our host was so responsive to our needs, it’s great to stay where the owner cares about their guests.

Cannot review our stay without being provided the address & appartent number.

I'm quite troubled by VBRO's policy of not listing the physical address and apartment number in their listings. This approach seems like a poor marketing strategy that could push potential customers to seek alternatives for vacation rentals. It complicates the search process for consumers, making it more time-consuming. Whoever advised VBRO that this was a smart move should reconsider their position. This policy discourages customers from easily comparing prices and locations, which is vital for making informed decisions. With my Master’s degree in integrated marketing and communications, I can confidently say that this is not a sound long-term strategy; it feels misleading to consumers. On a positive note, the property owner and the rental experience were excellent, and I would definitely rent the unit again—highly recommended! But as for VBRO, I must say: shame on you for these questionable marketing practices.

Beautiful property

Perfect location. Right on the bay. We had fun watching the boats come and go all day long. Also, very short walk to the boards. The room was amazing! Very clean and everything worked perfectly. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and view!

We had an amazing week at this location. The condo is very nice and the view from the balcony is lovely! Every morning we had coffee while we watched people get ready to go out on their boats. There is so much to do in walking distance, and if you need to go further than walking distance, you can ride the bus all day for four dollars a person. We were able to get to the boardwalk in just three minutes. It was in the heart of the action. The beach was right off the boardwalk. We only used our car once because we wanted to go off the peninsula for a specific store. There are three waterfront bars/restaurants behind the condo that had amazing outdoor and rooftop seating. We were also able to do boat rides that were right behind the condo. The condo itself was well stocked. We did not mind bringing our own sheets and towels because it made the checkout process very easy. Parking was very convenient as well. We had a really hard time leaving this place! You will not be disappointed!

Incredible Find, Incredible Owner

The property is amazing! The view of the harbor, from the moment we arrived the the evening before we left, offered beautiful as well as a cool way to see the occasional fog rolling in. It was spectacular. Not to mention the short walk to the entertainment! The beach, boardwalk, arcades, food, drinks, and the amusement park were within a 3-5 minute walking distance, and that's coming from someone who uses a mobility aid to walk. Everything was right within reach, including the pool, which was a nice alternative for the few of us who grew to despise sand. The property itself was clean and large enough for the six of us to comfortably sleep and relax, watch TV, play video games, and the like. I was even able to cook dinner for everyone, and each appliance was 100% reliable. Everything was also very cool, air conditioning-wise, stayed which was great after the more humid days. Kieth himself was a really reliable owner, and responded to both texts and calls promptly. A few of us left personal items behind, and when told, Keith immediately set himself on the case, which I appreciate immensely. Overall, this place made a trip to Ocean City unforgettable.

The perfect bay sunset rental! 7-2023

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Check in was very easy with the communication through vrbo. The lock box and dead bolt key code made it simple. This location was spacious and clean for our family of four “soon to be five”. We enjoyed some of the amenities- balcony over looking the bay and boats, two bathrooms, big TV in living-room & bedrooms, laundry units and all the kitchen necessities. Though I brought all of our own paper products/ soaps/ storage products for food, etc., the owner did have some there should someone run out, which I thought was nice. Over all happy and would stay there again. We appreciated the parking spot right next to the stairs that we often took. The only complaint that we would have is always needing the elevator key to press any of the buttons to go up or down in the elevator, but that has nothing to do with the property owners control over the whole building needing to use it as well.

Great condo and location!

This VRBO was great! Clean, spacious, accurate description and great location! Easy access to main roads, 1 block walk to the boardwalk and straight walk into the beach. Close restaurants and entertainment were also a plus. The fact that it faced the bay side gave us that relaxing feeling needed after all the activities for the day. Would definitely look to book again on our next trip to OC!
