-Gym: To the left of the entrance you will see the gym complete with an exercise bike, workout bench, free weights, and more. There is also a Smart TV to keep you motivated while you work out.

-Home Office: In the same area you will also find the home office perfect for those important conference calls or Zoom meetings.

-Movie Theater Room: This is a custom built home theater that includes: 120" Projector Screen, Dolby Atmos Surround Sound, 4K Projector, dimmable theater lighting, 13 theater seats, XBOX with a racing simulation game complete with steering wheel, and Roku TV to stream all your favorite movies with just a few clicks!

-Kitchen: 2 fully equipped kitchen (one upstairs and one downstairs) with new modern appliances including an Instapot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, microwave and 2 air fryers. Quartz countertops, coffee bar with Nespresso, drip coffee, french press, tea kettle and a bean grinder.

-Sauna: This is located on the back deck/screened in patio area. This is an infrared sauna that seats up to 4 people at a time and has a glass door to enjoy the mountain views while in the sauna! It also has Bluetooth capabilities so you can connect your devices

Fantastic Cabin Getaway

Very happy with the property. It was very clean, the property offered a great amount of parking and away from other cabins. The size and adminities were out standing. Our group loved their stay and definitely wish to return soon!

Sevierville property

The house was great for the kids. They loved the game room especially. There was plenty of room for everyone. Excellent for families. It was within 15 minutes of mostly everything. Host was very good at any issues we had while there. Enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. The property was beautiful & close enough to many activities & things to do, but far enough away to really get a feel for the mountains. The house was beautiful & clean. The property manager was very receptive to questions. Our kids enjoyed the game room & hot tub. It was a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home

We rented this home a week before Memorial day. We had 13 people in our group. The home had plenty of space with great amenities. Location was perfect close to town but just far enough to enjoy the privacy this home had to offer. We will definitely return. 5 Stars.

House full of fun for everyone!

I braved the wilderness of the Tennessee mountains with my son and a visiting family friend who also happens to be the same age as my son (10) for couple days over spring break. The house was the perfect place for the three of us with all the "boys toys". It gave me some time to catch up on some writing while the boys played all the video games and watched a few movies in the theater. Super fun house and a great location to do so many different things within a short driving distance.We didnt get to scratch the surface of what we wanted to do --so we will be back!

AMAZING Getaway

I just returned from 5 nights at the Smoky Heights Retreat and was totally impressed. First of all, the house is gorgeous and well kept. Second, there are plenty of amenities for all age groups. The game room, fire pit, movie room, and gym were all big hits with my friends and family. Last but not least, the decor is modern and beautiful! There are so many nice touches such as the fireplace and the kitchen tiling. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. He left a few treats and even a welcome sign for my party. He was ready to get a hold of and always responded quickly. We just loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future. The house is conveniently located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Mountain house

We enjoyed our post Christmas stay at this mountain house. We chose this property based on all of the amenities listed. We did find that not all of them were working, but the property manager did make an effort to have them fixed during our stay. It just felt like for the price of this rental, it was a little bit of a let down. For example, the side pockets of the pool table had been nailed in by someone and the finishing nails were sticking out, the sauna took forever to heat up, and some of the equipment in the gym seemed very cheap and not put together properly. In addition, the number of people that can sleep here is a little misleading. There are 2 “master” bedrooms upstairs that adults can sleep in, but the bedrooms downstairs are really for kids as they are full of bunk beds. Overall, we enjoyed our time here, but don’t know that we would go back again.

I can't rave enough about this property

Like the title of the review says, I can't say enough great things about the property. We were a large family of 17 with ages ranging from 2 - 76. This was the perfect pit stop for our family's 1- week Smoky Mountain getaway given that it had amenities to keep all ages entertained, from game room and a movie theater to hot tub and sauna. The property was super clean and very well designed and thought out, with an open space plan for nightly family dinners and gatherings. For a large family and for the location, it was definitely affordable for all it offered for the price. It offered awesome scenic views with rolling hills and farms in its backyard. I'm sure during foliage, it's a sight not to be missed. The house is in close proximity to town with many of its attractions, and grocery stores are less than a 5-minute drive so you get to soak in the peacefulness, quietness and tranquility of the mountains, at the same time, the noise and hustle of the town is only a few mins away. The property was uber comfortable for a family of 17. Never did we feel we were running short of space or invading each others' privacy. The good news is none of the kids were ever bored. There are games of all varieties in the game room, from video games, table tennis, to pool table and then a collection of board games so we rarely had to worry about entertaining kids throughout our 1-week stay. On top of all this, the host Rakesh is awesome!! He provided such great service and is such a likeable pleasant person to work with, truly made our experience even better. I would TOTALLY recommend this property for anyone especially for large families. This property itself is an ultimate getaway in the Smoky Mountain!

Canceled without conversation

I paid for this beautiful cabin and my family was sooo excited to stay there. My family came a day early and stayed in a cabin with no internet connection. I woke up to an email about the reservation (that I already paid in full),I tried to contact the host to let her know I had no internet. It wasn't even 24 hours before she canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else. Me and my family had no where to go. She said she will give a full refund but still til this day I haven't received the full refund. I feel this could have been handled better.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The rental was full of activities for everyone and had plenty of space to spread out. Super clean and came with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Location was great and close to everything near the main parkway. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

location, location, location!

Our family of 11 stayed here for 6 nights . I have to admit, the photos online were so beautiful, I sent them to my son to see if they were photoshopped :) They were not! This gorgeous home is nestled into a quiet patch of woods, with town just minutes away. We loved the hot tub, the sauna, and the fire pit. The kids loved the basement with all the games. It was fun to see the tourist areas of Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge - but we were most content at the house. It's not often that we are all together, with no agenda. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate all but one meal there. We enjoyed many late nights in the theater room, which was so fun. We had one incident when we came home after 10pm and the key pad didn't work. I called Rakesh, and within minutes he had it fixed . My family and I could not be happier with the stay we had at the Smoky Heights Retreat.
