Detailed with a firepit, gas grill, Bose speakers, and cushioned lounge furniture, this covered outdoor space can be accessed via the kitchen, living room, or the primary suite. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the portable basketball court.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in any illegal activity. This includes staying within the community speed limits. HOA enforces speed limits. If caught speeding, guests will be subject to additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. In addition, no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is a $25 service fee associated with a HOA required guest registration form. This is to gain access into the gated community. The Community Center and seasonal pool (Verkada Pass) are accessible with a $15/day pass, for the duration of your stay. This is an amenity that needs to be opted in or out of, on the guest registration form. It is not automatically a part of the reservation.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, Pack ‘n Play, changing table, toys, and board games.
The pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
