Sedona Roadrunner is a lovely home located in the West Sedona area, putting you close to many attractions and activities, including some of the area's best trailheads. You'll also be conveniently located near Highway 89A, putting you near shopping and restaurants and plenty of other attractions.
This single-level home features 1,480 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.
You'll enter the property through the front door and will step into the dining area. A few steps more and you will find the living room and kitchen spaces.
Living Room: The living room offers comfortable furnishings including a sofa and accent chairs, and a 55â Smart TV. The fireplace is purely decorative (non-functional).
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped stainless-steel appliances including a glass-top range. There's a cute high-top table for two â perfect for coffee and a snack!
Dining area: This separate dining area offers a table with seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom 1â King size bed, 32â Smart TV, private access to the patio, en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2 â Queen size bed, access to a private seating area.
The shared full bathroom offers dual sinks and a large shower.
