Sugar Beach Resort är ett Beach Front Complex. Du behöver inte korsa några gator för att komma till stranden! Njut av den underbara havsutsikten och hisnande solnedgångar från denna hörn på andra våningen med central luftkonditionering. Bara 50 steg till den vita sandstranden, känd som "Sugar Beach", snorklar och simmar väntar dig precis framför vårt komplex! Den privata Lanai är en förlängning av vardagsrummet. Golv till takfönster utökar bredden på rummet, med utsikt över poolen, jacuzzin, Koi Pond, rakt ut till Blue Pacific! Bild njuter av ditt morgonkaffe och tittar på knölvalar som sprutar och kommer runt! Eller njut av kvällens ensamhet när ljudet från vågor som bryter på stranden transkriberar dig till en värld av lugn och fred!

Vi har lagt stor stolthet över att uppgradera vår enhet. Det är smakfullt och bekvämt inredda i Hawaiian dekor, inklusive plattskärms-TV (i vardagsrummet och sovrummet), DVD / CD-spelare. Vi erbjuder gratis kabel, WiFi och fjärransamtal till fastlandet och Kanada. Det moderna köket har bänkskivor i granit och lönnskåp, inklusive diskmaskin, bortskaffande, mikrovågsugn och många små apparater. En ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns i lägenheten.

Sugar Beach Resort ligger mitt på ön, bara 10 miles från flygplatsen, 4 miles till Maalaea Harbour och Maui Ocean Aquarium, 12 miles till Wailea och 30 miles till Lahaina. Det finns många affärer, restauranger och aktiviteter i närheten.

Great View and Location

This place is great for the view of the sunset, beach, ocean, and pool. You even have a water feature in front of the lanai. Loved having shade during high heat. It allowed us to be on the lanai longer.

Perfect location to relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's right on the beach and the sunsets are spectacular. We were able to see several whales both from the lanai and from the shore. The property itself is very quiet and clean. The condo had just about everything we needed including beach equipment and towels. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Perfect location

Fran's property was extremely close to the beach and had beach views from the dining area and the lanai. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular! The place was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to stay for our first time to Maui!

Fran is Great!

Fran was a gracious host and very prompt. Her condo is fantastic! The only downside is the shower toilet area. It is tight and not much room. The view is great, location is fantastic, and the condition of the condo is very nice.

First Class Experience

I would like to say that it was horrible so that no one else would book it for selfish reasons!! However, nothing could be further from the truth. Fran was an excellent host with excellent communications - very fast response to any questions. The Condo was spotless as was the complex and pool area. The Condo was very well decorated and had been updated with granite kitchen work tops. Layout was fantastic. I don't know what other superlatives to use?? We will be back - TERRIFIC experience. Clean attractive place, great location

Fran's place is part of the large Sugar Beach condo complex. It is close to an attractive sandy beach that is lovely to walk on. Waves are small so you can swim and boogie-board but probably not surf. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and dishware, in case you want to do your own cooking. The condo complex has a nice pool and hot tub, as well as a separate Maui Activities Center business that can arrange outings for you and give advice. There is a casual, small, friendly bar/restaurant on the grounds that opens for lunch and dinner, as well as a professional massage office on site. The condo is in a really handy, central location, near highways that take you east, west, or north on Maui. Fran was helpful and responsive during our stay. We really enjoyed our time here.

Nice, beach location.

The entire Sugar Beach Resort has been around quite a few years and it shows a little, the place does not appear new any longer. Our condo was nice and well furnished. The swimming pool is almost all 4 feet only and not good for swimming. However, the ocean is very nice for swimming, but surprisingly few people do swim there? The beach is great for pretty long walks, one may walk about 5 miles (out and back) towards the west and a similar distance south-east. You will need a car when staying at Sugar Beach, few other locations within walking distance. We stayed 3 weeks, generally happy, but overall the place was priced a bit higher than its value.

Amazing Piece of Paradise

My husband and I loved every minute staying here. I think it’s the best location to stay on the island. Close to the airport and centrally located to everything we wanted to see, we won’t hesitate to rent this unit again. The amenities were wonderful and it’s literally a two minute walk to the beach and to the pool! Mahalo!

We love staying at Sugar Beach Resort. The property is beautiful and the beach is absolutely wonderful for morning and evening walks. We always love our stay there. This unit was very nice, clean & comfortable. You could see the ocean but not head on like some other units. This had a pool view with ocean behind it. Wonderful stay!

Great Place to stay in Maui!

Fran was very helpful! The Condo was well stocked with anything you needed. All we had to do was stock up on food and Drinks. If you didn’t want to cook no need to. Lots of very good eateries close by. I will definitely book this place again😀

Clean and convenient

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook for dinner. Second floor unit made it easy access to pool and beach. Owner was very accommodating for late check in and quick response to any questions we had.

Maui Paradise and amazing central location

This property was 30ft walking distance from the beach. Great view from the lanai. Fran was wonderful and responsive. Condo was perfect and everything was wonderful and we had a great time. 10 stars to this properly and to Fran. Centralized location also. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

First trip to Maui

Fran’s property was very lovely!!! We enjoyed the location, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful view of the pool area AND the ocean. All the people in the office /rental business were so helpful and sweet. We were amazed each day by the grounds crew….hardworking and meticulous in their jobs!!! The property was pristine!!! We have been a visitors to the Maui for the last 25 years. On my second visit to Sugar Beach Resort, I knew that it was time for me to purchase my condominium. As long time residents of Santa Cruz, CA., the ocean and beach have always been a major part of my lifestyle.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Sugar Beach Resort has all the amenities I desired; wonderful ocean views, gorgeous sunsets and an extremely long stretch of white sandy beach for
walking, jogging or sun bathing.

Located in the middle of the Island, this central location makes it very easy to branch out to other areas of the Island in very little time. There are many restaurants, activities and shopping near by.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

I have always considered this my second residence (my home away from home) and opened it up to guests so they in turn could enjoy it as much as I do. Of course, I'm very delighted to share my condominium with my returning and new guests. The awesome views, sounds of the ocean and Aloha spirit of Maui await you!
