SUMMER HOUSE CONSTRUCTION UPDATES & REMINDERS:
At the end of last summer, Summer House began a multi-year project to completely revamp the development. Once complete, Summer House will look like a brand new condo!!

However, they are currently in the middle of the project, so we want you to prepare you for what you may encounter during your stay there this summer. Rates have been reduced.

First off, the pool is open and looks GREAT! The beach access is open and the beach is beautiful as always!! The indoor pool, fitness center, and indoor hot tub are all open as well.

Building B
* Interiors for Building B are complete! All new sliding doors and windows; new exterior doors; all new coatings and paint on the beach front decks; all new paint on the south side of the building. ALL OF THIS LOOKS GREAT!
* Temporary railings are installed along all NORTH SIDE floor level walk ways/corridors. These are not pretty, but they are safe and meet all codes.
* Temporary covered walkways to the building from the parking lots.
* Construction workers will be present most days working on the exterior of the NORTH SIDE of the building as they complete patchwork and painting throughout the summer months.
* Trim work and patch work will be completed around the NORTH exterior entry doors to the condos.
* Painting and patchwork will be completed along the corridors and the corridor ceilings.
* Expect dusty conditions and loud noises periodically during the processes mentioned above.

Construction areas will be restricted while overhead work is being performed. Pedestrian traffic will be routed to one side of the building. Please follow the signage.

Parking may be limited at times. If so, additional vehicles can use the overflow parking lot located directly across the street from the condo.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
