The Blue View resort is located on the top floor (roofgarden) of United Blue Resorts which consists of the White Sand resort on the first floor with a capacity of up to 6 people and the Blue View resort on the second floor with a capacity of 4 persons. The United Blue Resorts property is built on an area of ââ600 sqm. The villa owner lives on the ground floor of the villa and is available to you 24 hours a day.
The Blue View resort provides 70 sqm of living space overlooking the Cretan Sea. It is a stone-built guesthouse and is located on the roofgarden on a surface of 220sqm. The roofgarden where the Blue View resort is located has wood oven, barbecue and pergolas where you can enjoy sea views and the endless landscape (Cretan sea) in all directions.
It has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has one wardrobe (2 double beds). It has a lounge and kitchen which is open to the living room. It has a WC and a shower. On the north side there is a balcony of 150sqm. , overlooking the Cretan sea. It also has a wood-fired oven, barbecue and pergolas where you can enjoy sea views and the endless landscape (Cretan sea) in all directions.
The garden on the ground floor which is shared is the weakness of the owner and contains ornamental plants on the north side of the house and on the south with citrus fruits such as lemons and tangerines. The house has full equipments such as: cutlery, toaster, kettle, electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, towels, 24 hour hot water, TV in the living room.
Guest access
The Blue View resort is 400 meters from the sea. From Heraklion National Airport Nikos Kazantzakis 10km - 3km. Archaeological sites such as Knossos, the Heraklion Museum of History and the State Museum are only 7km away. and are accessible by highway. The town of Heraklion is 8km away. - 10m via the highway. The Blue View resort is located 60 meters north of Crete's central highway, which means the visitor has the ability to move in all directions on the island immediately. Agios Nikolaos 50m, Rethymnon 70m. and Chania 2 hours 15 min. Also on the south side of the Prefecture (southern Heraklion) is 50m.
