Our home is conveniently located right in between the 2 finest resorts in Kauai, the Timbers Kauai Resort, and the Royal Sonesta Resort. You're within a block, to fine dining at both resorts. Pamper yourself, you deserve it!
The 16â ceilings and 12â high wall to wall sliding glass doors brings the beauty of Kauaiâs Kalapaki Bay into your living room. Relax in comfort with no worries and many options. Stay in the inviting and homey Hale Pali Kai or take a short walk to the beach for a swim. Perhaps tennis, a golf outing or a hike; all without getting in your car.
All 3.5 floors offers comfort and privacy including private lanais in Master Bedrooms. The Master bedrooms boast large bathrooms that open to the bedroom and offer views of the bay and sunset as you bathe.
The main living areas and the bedroom with 2 queen beds are on a central AC system and the 2 oceanfront bedroom suites have their own split AC system. Gentle trade winds and open sliding glass doors coupled with ceiling fans ensure a naturally cool environment. Open the north side widows in the dining and living room for added fresh airflow. Rarely does the house experience any bugs. This is due to the proximity to the ocean.

I have privately rented my home in Santa Barbara & my home in Las Vegas is the past. We are a small family of 3, who love nothing more than enjoying the warm oceans around Kauai. Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The most amazing views you'll find on Kauai, coupled with the resort surroundings of the Timbers, and Royal Sonesta resorts. Our beach is fantastic, and the location is centrally located on the island. Perfect spot to spend a day on the south/west coasts for a trip to Waimea Canyon, and catamaran trips. Another day a trip to the north shore. Close location to the airport, and walking distance to many fantastic restaurants. Top it off with the world class Jack Nicklaus designed ocean golf course across the street!

The location can't be beat. We are centrally located on the island so you can enjoy both the South & the North side of the island easily without missing out on one or the other. Costco, Target and all the main shopping and facilities are in Lihue so you don't need a car! The beach has everything! Great for surfing, SUP, boogie boardingâthe lot! 3 levels of oceanfront living in a new, modern, clean designed home. There's central AC for the main living areas and split AC for the two ocean front suites. You can have it all!
