Conveniently located within a mile from St. Armand's Circle and Lido Beach public pool and is mere minutes away from pristine gulf beaches. Live out all your waterfront dreams by paddle boarding, surfing, shelling, beachcombing, and parasailing. Downtown Sarasota is a short drive away and offers cultural events like the Sarasota Opera, ballet, theatre, the Sarasota Orchestra, botanical gardens, boat tours, exciting places to dine, and more shopping and nightlife than you can imagine. In short, your friends and family will have no shortage of things to do!

This tasteful coastal home with vaulted ceilings is light, open, and airy. You can relax in the main living space with a sofa and two day chairs. Watch TV after a long day at the beach or set up your laptop/tablet and work remotely at the lovely wooden desk. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
