Plenty of space to park your boat or other TOYS!

Cutest country home

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice cozy and super quiet. Close drive to stores and downtown New Bern. Will def stay again!

Stay in NC

Place was fine the kitchen was a bit rough but okay for our purposes, The GPS stopped us at the first house wish it took us down the lane further because we stopped at 116 and it was confusing Took a trip around that house saw the chickens and garage. Panic!!! But finally found it. I think we would rent next year. Especially since we would know where we were going.

Perfect for family

This house had everything we needed including dishes, pots and pans, and laundry detergent. Everything was clean and tidy and the hosts were amazing.

Weekend end stay

We loved staying here. It was exactly as described. We played corn hole in the front yard and visited the local fishing spot by the boat ramp in town.

Peaceful Vacation

We rented this house for a weekend to fish in the Trent River. Very close to the river and plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. The house was clean and owners quick to respond to any questions. We will stay again.

Cottage get away

Great stay at this 3 bedroom cottage. We would definitely stay again. It was exactly what I expected a quiet cottage to go to to spend time with my family. Nicely located to tourist areas but not in the hustle of it all.

Quiet Country Getaway

Quiet little house in the country spacious and clean. Hosts were very quick with communication and very welcoming. The house is about 20 minutes from Tryon Palace and the Birthplace of Pepsi. Great location and a charming getaway.

Very nice family home!

Easy check-in. Very clean, family friendly home. We really loved the Christmas tree, it made our stay feel warm and festive. This home had everything we needed. Will stay here again, next time we are in town!

Cozy, comfy and peaceful

Very comfortable property. Out in the country but a quick ride into New Bern. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Living room and porch were cozy and the location is very quiet and peaceful.

Family Vacation

My fiancé and I conducted our first joined family vacation where we had a teen and two littles ages 8 and 6. We absolutely loved staying at this property and everything was as it stated on the listing- given this was also our first experience with VRBO. The hosts, Mike and Cheryl, were absolutely fantastic- the girls all loved that there was a puzzle set out for us to try and finish.

Antiversary get away

Adorable house with a full-on forest in the back. Birds were great to listen to on the awesome screened in porch while having coffee. Sometimes you just to get out of town and support your friends and that is what we did. Perfect stop for some solitude. Thank you!

Cute house

The house was perfect for our overnight stay. Very clean. It was definitely as advertised and in the country. It’s about 20 miles or 25-30 minutes from MCAS Cherry Point. The layout was good. The owners were easy to communicate with.

Bear Hunting Trip

This is the second year we stayed in this house. No issues. Home owner is great, and the house is perfect for what we need it for! We had people arriving late or leaving early all work and we never ran out of room.
