The Cozy Crab House is conveniently situated on the beautiful sands of Ormond by the Sea. This renovated beach bungalow features central A/C, new appliances, a coffee bar, and a large fenced yard with a relaxing hammock and fire pit waiting for you. There is also a spacious 20’ x 40’ feet driveway, perfect for parking a trailer if needed.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area with direct beach access, a nearby lifeguard station offers peace of mind just a short walk away. Additionally, this home provides direct access to the Halifax River.

You can enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or simply marvel at the amazing sunrise or sunset. Furthermore, it's just 1.1 miles from Ormond Beach Mall, which houses stores like Publix Supermarket, Dollar Tree, and Bealls Outlet. Ormond by the Sea, a historic island, boasts numerous restaurants such as Billy’s Tap Room and Grill since 1922, Grind Gastropub & Kona Tiki Bar, Ormond Garage, Alfie’s Restaurant, RoseVilla, 63 Sovereign, and Fugu Sushi, among others.

Cozy crab shack perfect

Absolutely loved our stay at the cozy crab . From the comfortable beds and crab cozy decor we loved our stay. Only a 3 min walk to the beach where you can bring chairs and umbrellas supplied at the house. Bbq and fire pit in the back for fun after the beach. Definitely recommended

Cozy beach bungalow

We loved our stay. The place is very clean and charmingly decorated. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like extra pillows, blankets & towels and a very well stocked coffee bar and spice rack. It's quite close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. Communication with the owners & check-in/check-out were very easy. Highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Perfect little beach house

Our stay at the cozy crab was perfect! My husband, myself and our 3 boys (16,13 &7) fit comfortably in the house! The walk to the beach was just a few minutes and the neighborhood was quiet! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Joe for opening your cozy crab beach house to our family!

Cute cozy crab house

enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Crab house. The kitchen was user-friendly, the beds are super comfy, and the shower is hot. The walk to the beach and river is a couple of minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet. The hammock in the back is wonderful. Check in and out was easy. Thank you, Joe, for letting us stay!

Great Home-y Getaway!

The location was walking distance from the beach just like the listing said, it was in a very quiet cute neighborhood, and there were tons of little tourist shops and seafood restaurants nearby! The home itself was very cute, well-decorated, and the host had the home stocked with some amenities such as a coffee bar, soaps, and toiletries and towels, which was very nice! The host was also very friendly and communicative through the app when originally booking and when we had any questions. 10/10, we will definitely book here again if we’re ever in the area again!

Ormond Beach Getaway

Property was as advertised. First impression was just how clean and organized it was. Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach was just a short drive away. The walk to the beach was just minutes, and the beach had showers and restrooms, so that was a plus. We walked to Alfies for dinner, which was right across the street from the beach access and the food/service was very good. Publix and all types of shopping are also very close. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Check in/check out was a breeze. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home, we had a great time.

Great little home for our family

We loved our stay here! Plenty of sleeping room for our family. Two 17 year olds and a 10 year old. Plus my husband and I! We loved having our own rooms, and the living room/kitchen area to be able to wake up before the kids and enjoy coffee. Everything was neat and clean! Our kids spent hours playing games that were provided! We loved using the beach cart to spend our mornings at the ocean just a short walk away! Food options, craft beer, family fun, and conveniences all very close by. We will definitely be back next time we are down! We didn’t want to leave!

Very Cozy Crab

I'll start by saying this is the first time I've booked a place with absolutely no reviews prior to my stay. The Cozy Crab was exactly as advertised plus much more. I'll list some very useful items that were available: plenty of bed linens, bath towels, beach towels and absolutely everything you need for the beach (rolling beach cart with cooler and chairs and umbrellas and sand toys and even extra chairs and toys and umbrellas in the shed), a grill with propane ready to go, all the dishes necessary plus seasonings and kcups, an air fryer, a garden hose with excellent pressure to wash all the sand off, washer and dryer out back, and hot water that I swear never ran out! Communication with the home owner was wonderful as well. The beach was about a 3-4 minute walk down the street with the handy beach cart loaded with all we needed for a great day in the sun. We would definitely book The Cozy Crab again if headed to Ormond!

Cute place, clean, perfect for a quick beach getaway. The walk to the beach was just a bit further than anticipated, roughly 1.5 football fields, but definitely still walkable. Joe was awesome and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants. Highly recommend!

Cute and cozy cottage

The house is so cute with its beach decorations. Super clean and fully equipped with everything that one can possibly need. Nice touch! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Loved how close to the beach and restaurants we were. We walked to the beach everyday during our stay.

Beach house

Our stay at cozy crab house in Ormond Beach was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was communicative and made check-in and check-out seamless.The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, making it an ideal spot to unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was walking to the beach for the sunrise. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Ormond Beach!

Cozy Crab - Cozy Indeed

The Cozy Crab was the perfect place for us and our kids during our visit to Ormond Beach. It was cute, clean and simple. We loved the fire pit especially being down in Florida during a cold spell. The walk to the beach was so short and convenient. The owners were great and were quick to answer any questions or assist us. 10/10 would stay again and we are already planning our trip back next year. We stayed for a race at Daytona Speedway and it was a very reasonable distance drive to and from the speedway. Lots of great restaurants to and from where we were going

Beach Relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at the CrabHouse VERY much. The property was very clean. Everything worked very well. The owners attention to the smallest details is what makes this special. The details include spices for cooking, complementary Tea & Coffee, beach chairs and umbrella's, grill usage, and most important the outside shower. Thank you for a great experience with family. Daytona NASCAR

It was a nice place, good accommodations & very comfortable beds. I never sleep all night at home but the 4 nights we were there, I did😊 I brought a lot of things that you had there bc I wasn’t sure. It was nice to know there were amenities there to use.Host was easy to contact & help😊 There is only one negative & that is the trash can by the carport door was half full & smelled so bad when we arrived, we just moved it away from the carport.

The unique benefits about this property is you are located between The Beach and The Halifax River. A short (0.2 mi) walk mostly flat via Roberta Road to the beach leading you directly to the Lifeguard Station that overlooks the beach for your Safety. Also Al Weeks Sr. North Shore Park is a handicapped accessible beachfront park with restrooms, showers, parking and sidewalks that directly overlook the beach as well. An additional large, paved overflow parking lot is located diagonally across the street on Ocean Shore Blvd. And also short walk (0.3 mi) mostly flat via Roberta Road to The Halifax River side you have Roberta Fishing Dock and Kayak Launch with seating where you can enjoy a nice brewed coffee in the morning or watch the beautiful sunset and wildlife directly overlooking the River.
