Newly decorated ‘Sea Salt’ condo- fully furnished 3 bedroom /2 bath 2nd floor condo with 1 car attached garage walking distance to pools, tennis, bocce, workout facility and sidewalks for walking and biking. Close to amenities and 6 miles to the beach! This is a family sized condo that will feel like you are on vacation in the sunshine state! Require 30 days for HOA acceptance- December 2022 savings!!!

Sarah was great. Helpful in all things and very timely. was my first trip to FL. Lots to do in the area and the neighborhood had many amenities.

Best Place to Stay

This condo is so comfortable and very well stocked. The linens and towels were top of the line. The beds were VERY comfortable. We would enjoy sitting on the lanai morning, afternoon and evening watching the wildlife and enjoying the waterview. The hosts were only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Excellent home and gracious hosts. Definitely an A+ in our books!!

Paradise on Naples

A wonderful visit to sunny Florida. This host was terrific! The condo was spacious, nicely equipped, spotless, comfortable. The Carlton Lakes neighborhood is in a great location with well cared for amenities and welcoming neighbors. Definitely a selection we enjoyed. Only negative—we’re getting older and the stairs became difficult, but not a reason to bypass this selection.

Pristine Beachy/Coastal Home Away from Home

Sarah and Darryl have designed their home to make you feel right at home. It is beautifully decorated in colors of the sea. Special wall art and accent pieces will remind you of the beach and sea life. It is immaculate. The kitchen is furnished with all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking and baking. The kitchen is convenient to work in. The bedrooms were furnished with new linens and towels . The beds were very comfortable. All the furniture is well chosen and comfortable. There is a small office that is a Big Bonus in this condo. I used it for a sewing room. We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai with the view of the lake. The nearby fountain is so enjoyable. You can be at the beach in about 10 minutes. Good News for Beach Lovers after Hurricaine Ian! Two Naples Beaches, Bluebill and Vanderbilt beach are open to the public. They are still wonderful to visit and walk! This condo has all the amenities to make a beach outing great Fun!! Best of all, our 5 Star hostess, Sarah, made us feel so welcome and responds quickly if you have questions. We would recommend this Awesome 3 bedroom condo to anyone!

I am a realtor/designer and our family loves Naples, FL. We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and now we have a condo to share with friends, family and travelers alike! We welcome guests and hope that you will fall in love with the area and surroundings.

This property is located conveniently close to ammenities, a quick ride to the airport and shopping plus only 6 miles from Vanderbilt Beach! The area provides so many opportunities- beach days, boat rentals, kayak adventures, the Naples Zoo and plenty of fabulous restaurants to enjoy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo has 3 ample bedrooms- one with a queen bed, large dresser and closet; one with two queeen beds, a large dresser and closets and a master bedroom with king bed, dresser and walk in closet plus an office space for anyone that is working while staying at our home. The lanai overlooks the small community lake, there is a pool on our street plus the main pool where a workout room, bocce, tennis and other amaenities are located. You are able to walk to the local grocery store- Seed to Table is less than a mile and a half-
