Close to all main activities. The entire apartment with independent entrance and free private parking.
Whether you are on vacation or on a work related trip, our carefully furnished unit will provide you rest, comfort and functionality. Join our health professionals, college students, and work specialists visiting town for work assignments and studies. Out guests will be close to Downtown Anderson, Greenville, and Clemson.
The space
You will have plenty of space: There are two rooms with the right decor and ambiance, plus our comfortable sofa/futon bed for extra accommodation. Two full bathrooms will make easier to get ready for the day. A balcony is also available to taste your favorite drink or enjoy a good book. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, kitchen pots, bowls, utensils, and seasoning items.

Other things to note
Downtown Greenville, a vibrant and beautifully developed city, is only 40 minutes from our apartment. For those who love sports, the home or the Clemson's Tigers is only 25 minutes away. If the weather is right, you may also want to visit one of the many swimming spots in our vast and diverse Hartwell Lake, just a few minutes drive.

Great Stay in Anderson

Victor was easy to work with and the property was very clean on the inside. My business partner and I stayed for a month while setting up our new facility and it couldn't have been a better experience staying here!

Better than expected

Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again.

Convenient location in Anderson

The apartment was nice and had all the cooking utensils I needed to make Thanksgiving dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were big and fluffy. Although we only given 2bath towels for 2 people, I use 2 just for myself and there were no towel bars to hang them on. The shower curtain liner needed to be replaced, mold all over it. Owner said there was a lockbox for the key, but no sign of one and only one key left inside. Owner was very slow to respond to questions before we checked in and didn’t know when we were leaving. The neighborhood was the worst part though, very trashy and run down apartment complex.

Cozy and affordable!

This place was a catch! Great price, roomy, very cozy, all necessities within arms reach. Great communication with the host. Will be coming back on the next work trip!

Sonia is a realtor and I am a property manager. Together we have 5 grown up children. We love to travel and mingle with people while getting to know their history and culture.
It has been our privilege to be able to travel to more than 21 countries in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East; in most of which we have stayed in bed-and-breakfast homes. It has been a memorable experience every single time.
