New Villa - 4 bedrooms- 5 bathrooms - 1,5 km from sea
The villa is located in a very quiet and recent area, halfway between Benalmadena Pueblo and the sea. It is part of an urbanization called Big Blue and consisting of about 60-70 villas. The villa is one of the 32 villas that face the park and that were built in the phase 3 of the urbanisation project. The views are superb from every room, whether on the sea, on the beautiful public park just in front of the terraces of the villa, or on the mountains. It is new, bought in November 2021 and I am the first owner. All furniture and accessories are brand new and of very good quality.
It includes two large living areas, the main one being on the middle floor, which includes the courtesy bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed and its private bathroom, the complete and modern kitchen equipped in Bosch and the dining room which can accommodate 8 people. The other living room is on the bottom floor which also includes two bedrooms and an office space.
The third and top floor is actually the entrance floor of the villa and includes the master bedroom with private balcony.
Each of the 4 bedrooms is very private and has its own wardrobe and its own bathroom.
The very spacious terraces are on the second floor and are facing a large public park. They include a living area with an rolling-umbrella and a dining area also with a rolling-umbrella.
The villa includes a parking space for one car, private and locked, on the third floor level. Additional parking is almost always available just in front, across the street.
A magnificent community swimming pool with infinite view towards the sea, a gym and community center are located 8-10 minutes walk from the villa and complete this wonderful environment.
