Work retreat

The property was perfect for our group. We each jad privacy but could conduct our meetings on the lower level. We loved the town and all its culture.

Great Stay in Hochatown!

We had a great time in Hotchatown. Tonya and Nader’s cabin was in a great location to all of the hikes, kayak rentals, restaurants, restauarants, and breweries. The kids loved the game room and bunk beds with LED lights. We will certainly be back.

Great place in Broken Bow

The property was amazing!! There was so much to do. From the game room, to the hot tub, fire pit, playground, and dome! The place was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were communicative. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Memories!

The cabin was absolutely amazing and beautiful! It had everything you could need and more. So many fun amenities for kids and adults. It was perfect for our large family and our Grandma’s 75th Birthday surprise! The hosts were so very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely love to go back!

Great Family Getaway

We had so much fun staying in The Big Dipper. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was in a convenient location to restaurants and activities. The kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed grilling a couple of days. The photos of the cabin are exactly what you get. My family enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and hanging out in the game room. The host was amazing at answering any questions right away. The communication from the moment I booked was very thorough and super helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a spiral staircase to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor and it’s pretty steep and narrow. There are regular steps outside that reach both floors so you can use those too. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful stay in Broken Bow

This property is very conveniently located near everything there is to do in Broken Bow and is very suitable for larger parties. With the spiral staircases and the surrounding woods, it almost seems like a massive treehouse! We would recommend this location to anyone headed to this part of OK for recreation.

Nice house and great hosts

The house was great but a little hard for older people and young children 2 and under with the stairs being spiral and narrow. It was hard getting up and down the stairs. The hosts were great in responding to all our questions in a timely manor. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who can handle the stairs.

Awesome Spring Break 2024!!

This was one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in. It accommodated all of us very well. The biggest hit, besides spending a lot of time outside, was the game room. From the littles to the bigs, we all loved it. This is a must stay in cabin!!

Precious Thanksgiving Memories

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Big Dipper Lodge. The kitchen was large enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner with a big dining table. The outside was so fun for everyone from the large fire pit to the cornhole game. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded quickly. The little ones enjoyed the game/bunk room.

No complaints about the home

Overall great experience. Home was well stocked with amenities. Did not like that that once you get off US 259, Stevens road is not paved. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way!

Our extended family traveled from Texas and Arkansas for Labor Day weekend. The layout of the house was perfect for us and each family had their own floor. We cooked meals and roasted marshmallows at night. Some in our group went hiking and fishing and kayaking and others just relaxed in the cabin and enjoyed visiting. The location was so convenient to everything and the home was well-appointed and comfortable! The owners were excellent with communication and they quickly responded to questions. We would love to go back!

Wonderful Stay In Hochatown

What an amazing property! So much room for all to enjoy and more than enough space for 20+ people. From comfortable beds, nice jacuzzi, gameroom, and the open kitchen concept allowed for us to be in sight of all the family entertainment. We rented this cabin for a stay over Father's Day Weekend and my family and I enjoyed the entire trip. The property is tucked away for enough privacy, the scenery is amazing, check-in was a breeze, and the cleanliness was spot on. The property owners, Nader and Tonya, was so attentive to all of our needs. Their communication was amazing every step of the way and they never skipped a beat. For example, the fooseballs were missing in the second floor game room, and when I notified the property owners, they arrived in 30 minutes to drop off new fooseballs for our children to enjoy. Talk about customer service - wow! We will definitely return and may make this an annual trip for sure. Thank you for the hospitality and for allowing my family to enjoy your gorgeous property!

Cleanliness and Broken Things

There were a couple broken things around the house when we arrived and the cleanliness was subpar. The door to the bunk room on the third floor would not shut. The sliding doors to the game room kept getting stuck. All of the showers never got hot, and in the bunk room there were dead bugs in the shower. Also, there were hairs on the toilet in the game room. The house is in a great location in relevance to town, but the cleanliness and broken things made a huge dent in my rating of the house.
