Whisper Creek Lodge offers you whisper-quiet surroundings, complimented with only the noise of the nearby rushing creek. An abundance of wildlife can be found near the cabin, including deer each morning and trout in the creek. Touches of the outdoors are everywhere. From the reclaimed wood log stairwell and surrounding deck to the birch branches weaving throughout, nature meets art in this beautiful home away from home.

You'll immediately be taken aback by the comfortable and warm decor as you step inside. Enjoy time with your loved ones in the family room, complete with a gas-burning fireplace. Imagine sitting here with no worries in the world as you relax and unwind with a glass of your favorite wine.

The outdoor pavilion offers serenity and relaxation. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace and the TV conveniently located outside. Good for short stay but not for longer holiday.

Enjoyed the stay, the property was clean and exterior mostly private, except for the gentlemen turning would into mulch for the entire afternoon upon arrival. A few issues that may or may not be improved include all noises created inside the cabin, first or second, resound throughout day and night. The kitchen is devoid of any usable counter space, thank goodness we weren’t staying during Thanksgiving. Likewise the kitchen table is very small. Finally, we loved the outdoor lounge with fireplace, but we are a sports family and not having the ESPN and FOX apps was problematic.

Remote But Close

This rental was remote while being close to everything we did. We enjoyed the outside space as well as inside. There is a TV outside, in master and living room. Definitely bring any condiments and coffee if you want it. There is nothing in way of grocery items but plenty of cooking utensils. Not sure my car would have done well in the drive we used but my husband’s truck did fine. There is another drive, not sure what it looked like as we didn’t use it and wasn’t sure if we could since there were other homes and we just followed directions given.
