Beautifully Renovated Ocean Front Condo in High Demand Area!

Enjoy rest and relaxation in this newly renovated Seagrove condominium with spectacular views! You will love vacationing at our low density complex situated OCEAN FRONT and just a few steps to one of the areas most beautiful Coastal Dune Lakes, Eastern Lake.

We did our homework when picking our beachfront location and after seeing THIS view we looked no further! With our deep set private beach front, coastal dunes, breath-taking emerald waters, and view of the lake you will be constantly enchanted looking out over our long stretch of the areas most beautiful waterfront homes and architecture.

We are nestled in a quiet neighborhood just south of 30A close enough to walk or bike to some of the areas most popular restaurants like Old FLorida Fish House, Cafe 30A, and The Perfect Pig. In for some shopping? Head out in either direction to Seaside (our neighboring dining and shopping spot), Watercolor, The Hub, Rosemary Beach and more.

The area offers a wide range of activities from paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing both the golf and Eastern Lake, tennis and golfing, Hiking and biking the national forest provides endless sight-seeing and fun!


This 794 sq ft condominium offers a large living area with beautiful high end sofa and swivel, rocking chairs and a 65" smart TV. The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to spot dolphin or look at the stars. It has a dining table for four and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped for all you foodies, with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, dishes, stemware, silverware, cookware, bakeware and more. With a full size blender, both Keurig and drip coffee maker you will be ready to make your favorite beverages.

The bedroom has a top of the line Stern's and Foster king bed for quality sleep and a 55" smart TV. Just down the hall there are two bunks kids will love with reading lights. Our newly renovated bathroom offers two sinks, walk in shower and FULL size washer and dryer.

You will have complimentary beach set up that includes two chairs and an umbrella March 1st - October 31st (Not available during vendor off-season).

We require all guests to read, sign and submit our RENTAL AGREEMENT and copy of drivers license to make your reservation complete.

WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS OR PETS OF ANY KIND.

The Commodores Retreat has a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING on premises anywhere, including balconies, policy. It is strictly monitored and enforced.

Perfect Getaway

Great convenient location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Nicely updated condo with amazing views. Beach was gorgeous although crowded on a couple of the days but the beach chair set included everyday up was a huge bonus. The host was quick to respond and check in was a breeze. We would definitely return.

Top Notch Stay

Our stay at Sea La Vie was absolutely wonderful. The newly renovated condo is updated and stylish. Very clean and full of all amenities needed. Our host, Jamie, was extremely helpful throughout our entire trip. She offered many things for us to do and places to visit. We will definitely be back!!!

Exactly what we were looking for!

The location of this condo was great! It was removed from the populated areas and the beach was private and low-key. You are right down the road from so many great places. SIMPLY WONDERFUL

We especially appreciated the quality furniture, kitchen ware, bed and bedding. Everything was beautifully decorated. The place was quiet and restful. The view was gorgeous. We loved the beach chairs set up daily for our use. Jamie was also very attentive. The wifi was spotty and very slow, but luckily we didn’t need it much. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway

"Sea La Vie" is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed condo in the Commodore's Retreat complex. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much, we're already scheming a return next year. The decor was beautiful, the condo was incredibly clean, and the kitchen was very well appointed. Add to that the best shower and most comfortable bed we've ever had in a rental! Jamie was very helpful with any questions and great recommendations. Stay here, you'll be glad you did. Beyond the unit, this is on a fantastic, centrally located section of 30A. Great home base for exploring the area.

Location, location, location

Sea La Vie was perfect for our beach getaway. Seagrove Beach (the town) is centrally located on 30A with driving access to other beach towns in either direction. The beach outside the condo was easily accessible (flat boardwalk and no stairs) and beach chairs with umbrella were set up and waiting for us each day. The location is very close to Eastern Lake, which feeds into the Gulf. Jamie was a marvelous hostess and provided links to local restaurants. We enjoyed every place she recommended. The ambiance and food at nearby Old Florida Fish House were superb (esp at dinner time with market lights twinkling throughout the grounds). The condo itself was well decorated, comfortable and the sight and sound of the ocean from the balcony was soothing. We would definitely choose this rental again!

Perfect location!

First of all - the condo is darling and perfectly clean. Lisa is fantastic at communicating and the check-in/out process is effortless. But think what we appreciated most was the location. It was Spring Break, so the whole of 30A was a little crazy. But the condo is in a great little pocket that kept us out of the fray, but was still in easy biking distance to Seaside (took us 20 minutes max) and The Big Chill in Watersound, if we wanted to venture out - plus lots of other shops, restaurants, etc. in between - also a well stocked Publix just down the road. The beach was beautiful and Eastern Lake was a fun feature - great for kayaks/paddle boards/fishing/skim boarding. Having beach chairs reserved and waiting each day was a nice perk as well. The ONLY criticism I can give is that I wished there was a little more clothing storage. Perfectly fine for 2 people, but had to get a little creative for 4 of us (included 2 teenage boys). Definitely not a deal breaker - wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The property in beautiful and the location is perfect!

Nice condo on the beach

The beach view is very nice. The condo has been updated and was very clean and comfortable. Jamie was a great host, replied quickly to any questions we had and kept us informed on the coming hurricane, which thankfully missed Santa Rosa Beach.
