Cozy condo in Big Bear Resort. Right next to the Pigeon Forge Parkway but tucked away. Our unit has a private hot tub on the deck. Also enjoy all Big Bear Resort has to offer. Outdoor resort pool, Indoor pool, Community hot tub and fitness center. Keep it simple and stress-free for your getaway. Enjoy our excellent spot to unwind with a hot tub, full kitchen, fireplace (Oct-Mar only!), jacuzzi, grill and comfy beds. We're excited to host you in your 1 BR/1 BA cabin condo!

The Space:
Welcome to your wonderful cabin for your upcoming trip to Pigeon Forge. Here is what you can expect at this charming spot!

These properties are just one minute from the Parkway and so close and convenient to everything in town! The property is a 1 Bedroom cabin condo, which is split from a larger cabin into smaller units for our guests to enjoy. Don't worry! All of the amenities & spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, patios, hot tubs, living rooms, kitchens, entrances, etc. Completely private and you will not have to share with any other guests.

To get to the cabin, you'll need to go 15-20 stairs down. No elevator available.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will be able to access the entire property with the exception of a few areas reserved for house supplies. As part of the Big Bear resort area, you will also have access to common community amenities including the Club House, Exercise Room, Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Swimming Pool (10 am - 10 pm), and Indoor Swimming Pool with a hot tub (10 am - 10 pm).

- NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave the premises)

- CHECK IN is at 4:00 PM
- CHECK OUT is at 10:00 AM
- QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

- Bears are dangerous
- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
