Not only is nature at your doorstep, but you're also a brief 10-20 minute drive from Troon, Whisper Rock, The Boulders, and approximately 25 minutes from the charming towns of Carefree and Cave Creek. Plus, North Scottsdale is home to a diverse array of shopping experiences at Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge Marketplace, and beyond!

Boasting stunning views of the Four Peaks, our home offers the ideal retreat to relax and reconnect with nature. Just a short drive away, less than 10 minutes, is the Trilogy Community at Verde River, home to one of our top dining spots, Needle Rock Kitchen and Tap — definitely worth a visit! Take your side-by-side or ATVs out on the trails of Tonto National Forest, or embark on an invigorating hike at Tom's Thumb Trailhead, Pinnacle Peak Park Main Trail, Granite Mountain Trailhead, among others. Don't have any off-road vehicles? No problem! Our certified concierge service is on hand to assist you in arranging ATV tours, horseback riding adventures, golf outings, grocery delivery, and much more!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 10-foot island, ideal for food preparation and cooking, while the open-concept living space and roomy bedrooms ensure comfortable relaxation for the entire family. Upon entering through the main front door, a sleek foyer welcomes you, leading directly into the home's centerpiece: the open concept living area. The bedrooms are conveniently situated along the hallways, perfect for parents with children who nap. Each bedroom is furnished with cozy beds and fine linens. In our twin trundle bedroom, not only can you enjoy a game of pool, but you'll also discover toys suitable for younger children.

Relish the Arizona outdoors in our meticulously maintained backyard, which boasts a spacious, heated pool and an integrated spa (please be aware of our heating fees listed below). Experience al fresco dining and relaxation by the propane firepit on the patio, and then ascend to tranquility with our rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the stunning desert and the majestic Four Peaks. Whatever your reason for visiting, this is your ideal destination spot!

-Pool and Spa heat are an additional $200/night for the duration of your stay. Must be heated the entire stay. The schedule for pool heat is from 8am-4pm AZ time, then automatically swaps to Spa heat from 4pm-8pm AZ time. The schedule is non-negotiable. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool prior to arrival. **Pool & spa heat are only offered October through May**

• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• Dogs welcome upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
