.Amazing resort inside Disney World property in Orlando

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, playground w/swings, a game room w/ pool table, video arcade and exercise room. ALL THIS IS FREE TO GUEST! The resort also has 5 restaurants, a snack bar, and a small store. Parking is also included in the rental amount.

UNIT AMENITIES: This 2 bedroom deluxe condo, sleeps a maximum of 8 people and includes a king size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 double (full size) beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, and balcony. The living room and each of the bedrooms includes a TV. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. All linens and towels are included with more available upon request.

VIEWS: The resort staff assigns the units. Bonnet Creek no longer takes room requests in advance. If you have a preference, for example a lake view, ask when you check in.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I may be able to suggest alternative dates near to the dates you’ve requested.

Please note: There is a minimum 3 night stay requirement.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: There is a shuttle to the Disney parks, Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. It is currently $8/person per round trip to the Disney parks, and $12/person per round trip to Universal and Sea World. These prices are subject to change.

CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pak-n-plays and high chairs that are free to guests on a first come, first serve basis. Ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring one to your room. They do not reserve those in advance.

TIMESHARE PRESENTATION: You will be considered a guest of an owner. You probably will be asked to attend a timeshare presentation but is is NOT a requirement. JUST SAY NO!

CANCELATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
