Situated in a wooded quiet area this welcoming 3 bdrm home is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy family time away. Downtown Pensacola is a short 20 minute Drive. Enjoy exciting local restaurants and shops on Palafox Street

We are excited about our newly built 3 bdrm home. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for family breakfast and dinners. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a double oven. Enjoy watching a movie on the 70” tv or game night in the comfy living room. The master bedroom is a great place to relax at the end of the day, with an en suite and garden tub. King size bed and 65” tv. The queen bedroom has a 55” tv to enjoy and the twin bedroom has a 42” the kids will love. All are equipped with WiFi and Roku.

Guests may park in the garage and driveway.

The neighborhood is one of the fastest growing areas for new builds. Families love the secluded feeling and the quiet evenings away from the hustle and bustle.

Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway.

Pensacola Beach is approximately 30 minutes, using Avalon Blvd to Hwy 98, depending on traffic. Avalon Bridge toll is $5.

Garbage cans are provided for your use. Garbage pick up is on Friday morning. Please place garbage cans at edge of driveway on Thursday evening.Check out is at 10 AM. To ensure a smooth transition for our next guest and our cleaning crew please place all used linens in the laundry area. Load the dishwasher and start a normal cycle. Please remove all trash from the home and place in the garbage cans provided.Check for personal items. Lock doors.

Lovely home and neighborhood.

The property was exactly as advertised and very clean. Check in was easy and so was the check out process. I was apprehensive about the secondary rental agreement and the fact they do not refund for any reason but it all worked out

Very clean

Very clean property. Everything was as expected. Location worked well for us as we were visiting family in the area. A bit off the beaten path but very quiet and safe area. Primary bed was a bit firm for our liking but other than that, absolutely no complaints. Great communication with management and very clean. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay!

My husband and I came to the area for the birth of our first grandchild. The house was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is gorgeous! Very clean, every amenity you could think of, and the owner is very responsive. We loved our stay!

Quiet, upscale haven

Beautiful home with all kitchen tools you need. Beds are comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet. Very clean. We loved staying here and would definitely rebook.

Thanksgiving Week

We needed a place near relatives for Thanksgiving week and this property worked well for us. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. Had trouble with door code, but property manager was very responsive. Would rent again.

Great place, wished we could stay longer

This is a very nice house. It could use some more art on the walls and a towel bar in the primary room's bathroom, but overall a nice, clean place.

Great vacation home

Our family of 4 spent the week of Christmas here, the house was very comfortable, super clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need, a great home away from home. Checking in and out was very easy, the owner always responded to my questions quickly and was very accommodating . We chose this Vrbo because it was very close to family. Location is great, close to shopping, great restaurants and to Pensacola. Would definitely recommend this property….would definitely stay here again
