1 bed/1 bath ocean view condo on the no drive part of the beach! Impeccably clean and bright, this condo is sure to please!! Facilities include heated (winter) pools, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit. Excellent location walking distance from great shops and restaurants.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. Painting Project Notification
Beginning May 5, 2025, exterior painting will commence on stacks 1â7. As part of this project, balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to briefly enter your unit to complete the work.
Please be aware that during this time, a plastic protective coating will be placed over windows and sliding doors to prevent any paint-related damage. Additionally, you may notice painters and equipment around the property throughout the duration of the project.
