Lovely accommodation in a great spot. Close to the main square but with restaurants and supermarkets within minutes. Marc was very helpful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station in the rain.

A really lovely place to stay, full of character and well kept. Ideal location to explore the city, Marc kindly took time to recommend some great places to visit with our young daughters. The sofa bed is remarkably comfortable. We hope to return some day!

Truly the best VRBO and host! The location can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to everything. This is my second time staying here and I hope to be back again! Many thanks to the hosts, Marc and Rika! You have a beautiful place and made our trip extra special!The place is exceptionally clean and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and enjoying the view. Thank you again for everything!

This was an exceptional rental!! The host was simply wonderful. Great communication, service above and beyond expectation, excellent location, extensive and generous amenities. The penthouse was spacious but cozy and was outfitted to meet every need. There were only two of us, but it was clear that the space would comfortably accommodate 5 people. Since we had mostly good weather the terrace was a delightful extra. Will definitely rent again if we can return to Brugge!

Marc is the best VRBO host we've ever had. He couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. We give Marc and his Bruges property the highest recommendation, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.Here are some of Marc's outstanding attributes:-Lives on the premises, so communication/coordination is excellent-Personally drove our party, including small children and luggage, to and from the train station-Provided a thorough in-person orientation to the property-Provided welcome gifts of fruit, beverages and chocolate-Provided literature and suggestions for local attractions and restaurants-Provided the following amenities for small children: travel bed, high chair, toys-Made available bikes, umbrellas and shopping cartThe property is centrally located in the historic district and all attractions are within easy walking distance. The property was lovingly restored by Marc several decades ago and boasts vaulted ceiling, exposed timber trusses, skylights and stained glass. We loved the spacious kitchen/dining/living area and terrace.While just a few block from Markt Square/Bell tower, the apartment is nonetheless very quiet.Marc and his property made our Bruges visit enjoyable, comfortable and memorable!

Marc, the host, was amazing from pick up at the train station to delivery at the bus station. The property is in a great location and is as described. There is a lot of information about things to do in the area. There are bicycles available to use around this beautiful property and town. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice, well kept apartment in a brilliant central location. Facilities were excellent, private garage parking. Marc was the best host with excellent knowledge of the area, very approachable and went the extra mile. Even jump started our car which had a flat battery! Will stay here again next time.

Our stay was amazing! Marc was extremely helpful and informative about the penthouse and Bruges. He had a lot of books, maps, and printouts of restaurants, pubs, and sites. We loved that he had bikes with bags and locks for our free use. The penthouse was very comfortable and charming, with every need covered. He was also a great host who drove us to the train station when we left.

Staying at Marc's Penthouse made our trip to Bruges even more special. Marc is a excellent host, any questions we had prior to our trip were answered quickly. The moment you get to the penthouse Marc is there to help you with your luggage, then shows you around and explains how everything works. He recommended places to go restaurant, pubs which helps you get your bearings when you do go out. The penthouse was very clean and has everything you need for a lovely stay in Bruges. Parking is a issue in Bruges so the free parking which is very near and very secure is a massive bonus. Shops, restaurants and bars are on your doorstep and all the sights are in a easy walk. My partner is gluten free so finding places to eat can be an issue, we asked Marc if he could recommend any restaurants, he sent through a list of all the places that had gluten free food on their menus what was a massive help and very much appreciated. My family and myself would highly recommend Marc's lovely Penthouse if you are going to Bruges it made our trip that bit more special.

We had a wonderful stay in Bruges. The apartment is perfectly located to explore all parts of the city and Marc is an excellent host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it was great being able to get picked up from the station. We loved wandering the pretty streets, chocolate shops and cycling (Marc kindly let us borrow a bike). Would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to return.Thanks Marc and Rika for your hospitality.

The owner was lovely and very helpful. Perfect location right in the centre of town. The parking garage is just underneath the building which is very convenient. Extremely comfortable apartment. The bed in the master bedroom is huge and very comfy.Enjoyed the dvd collection, especially 'In Bruges'! Highly recommend

Marc was the most wonderful host. He thoughtfully sent us recommendations in advance of our trip, picked us up at the train station, and provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous and full of character, and the location was incredible. We loved our stay in Bruges and would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay in central Bruges

Property was so central of everything in Bruges, was very spacious and full of character. Hosts were incredibly helpful. We loved this stay and hope to be back in future!
