The house was just as described, everything was great—-tons of space, and communication was excellent. We were in town for our son’s wedding and Shay went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we've stayed here, because we loved it so much the first time! It's in a great location, is very new and modern, is perfectly clean, has comfortable furnishings and beds, is beautifully decorated, has really nice bathrooms and plenty of them, has a great kitchen for cooking and serving and hanging out. I love that there's a long dining table with chairs for everyone. They've got portable AC units and fans in the upstairs bedrooms, which is such a nice touch, because it can get toasty up there. One thing to be aware of, if you aren't an early riser and need a really dark room to sleep, is that the primary bedroom gets very bright in the mornings due to a large unshaded arched window. Great communication with the host, who is very prompt at replying and helpful in every way. We love the Modern Moose and are two years into making it a fall tradition!

Very Comfortable home with easy access to Little and Big Cottonwood canyons. Shay is an amazing host and does everything she can to make your stay a memorable one.

What a comfortable fully stocked home. They had games for the kids, a hot tub to relax in, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced. Clean nice bedding and towels. Super comfy couches, and even a Wii for the family.

Host was very welcoming and house had all the amenities you could ever want. In deck hot tub very easy to get into and nice. Location for skiing both canyons couldn’t be better. I recommend staying there!!

Owners very kind and great communication. Location is absolutely gorgeous and close to a lot of amenities and trails. Comfortable stay for our entire family and great kitchen area for meals and conversation. We would stay again.

Great ski trip!

The property was exactly as listed and was very clean and was a cozy retreat each day after skiing! It was nice and central to the ski resorts and lots of restaurants.

Great host! This condo is very comfortable and incredibly well stocked. Beds super comfortable. Nice hot tub. Great location - easy walking distance to bus stop going up to Alta and Snowbird … buses about every 30 minutes. Easy walk to Smith’s grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again …

It is perfect for larger groups. The kitchen has a large island and table for 10 making it possible to all dine together. The basement is a fun hangout for all ages. Highly recommend this location for an all adult group and/or mixed ages!
