Located in the popular Naples Bayshore Art District, just a short stroll away from the lovely 107-acre Botanical Gardens (less than one-half mile) and features three en- suite bedrooms, in-unit laundry, granite countertops, all stainless appliances, and private screened Lanai. This location is located on the same road as Celebration Park, Ankrolab Brewing Company, The Real McCaw, Rebecca’s and more! Our gated complex's communal amenities include: A heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, outdoor grills, and clubhouse.

The Space:
When you open the front door you will enter a large foyer. To the left is a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Appliances include: French door refrigerator, electric double oven with smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee grinder. Kitchen is fully functional and has everything you need to make your favorite meals!

Just past the kitchen is a 6-person dining table with two chairs and bench seating. The dining space then opens up to the living room that offers leather furniture and a brand new 50-inch Samsung Smart TV with Xfinity Cable. The living room leads to your private, screened lanai with seating for two.

Bedroom one is located on the first floor just off the living room and has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with Xfintiy Cable, full private bath with large shower, and walk-in closet.

From the foyer, you will also find a laundry room with a full-sized LG Washer and Dryer, utility sink, iron, ironing board, and clothes steamer.

Making your way up the stairs, you will walk into a spacious loft offering a 50-inch LG TV with ROKU, leather couch, stationary fan bike, and inversion table. The loft also has a large linen closet with extra blankets, pillows, towels, and sheets. Bedroom two is located to your right, just off the loft and has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, full private bath, and large closet. Bedroom three is also located of the loft, to your left and has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, full private bath, and a walk-in closet.

Guest access:
We have a keyless door lock with a pin-pad for self-entry and access. We will email you the code prior to your arrival. Typically check-in is at 4 pm, but if you arrive sooner please let me know and I will give you access as soon as the unit is ready for you. You will have full access to the unit except for the one utility closet located on the first floor. The clubhouse and pool are just a short walk away!

Within 24 hours of securing your reservation, we will email you the HOA application. A $250 application fee will be assessed by the HOA and paid by the tenant.
