Powder Village J6 Condo is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 875sq. ft. home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 5 guests. Inside this single story, tastefully upgraded Craftsman's Style condo you'll find gorgeous slate and hickory wood flooring, granite kitchen counter tops, lovely upgraded cabinetry and appliances.

This downstairs unit features 2 private outdoor patios and washer and dryer inside the home. The Powder Village Condos come with access to the community pool and hot tub and unlimited grassy views.

The living room features a smart TV and cozy furnishings.

The primary suite features a King-sized bed, Smart TV, portable AC, and private bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, twin bed, and a Smart TV. The second full bathroom features a shower over tub

We enjoyed this unit very much. The master bath had not been updated but the hall bathroom has. We did not like the black toilet and the small shower but the hall bathroom was very nice. We like everything else about the unit. The location of the unit was great! Right across from the pool and hot tub. Our only disappointment was neither the pool or jacuzzi was lit up at night. We used our cell phones to check the hot tub in the dark and didn’t go in the pool. I was surprised it would not be required to have the pool and hot tub lit for safety. We would stay here again. Property management was great to work with!

Annual girl trip to Sunriver

We loved the property, location, decorations, bedding, beds. Everything! Our only comment will be on the price. There are other properties listed for the area at a lesser price. Do you offer discounts for longer stays? Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home!

Nice stay

Overall nice but lacked some simple amenities like salt and pepper, enough trash bags and if you’re supposed to recycle,separate cans. Plenty of towels,soap and detergent. Stayed cool even without ac.Good layout. Beds were fine. Perhaps during next update, ceiling fans.

We realy enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed and was even bigger and better than the pictures showed. We would highly recomend staying here.
