Welcome to our Charming, New Construction Home in the Heart of Madison Park. Just steps away from restaurants, shops, Madison Beach Park and the Arboretum, our home has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a dedicated parking spot, and a patio w/ BBQ and fire pit. Our home is a perfect base for your visit to Seattle. Great for long or short term stays with fiber wifi, Roku TV, Helix beds and on-site laundry. 10 mins from UW & Cap Hill Stations.

Beautiful space and we were graced with 3 days of beautiful weather. The keypad system makes it so easy! No keys to lose/remember. Kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked most nights, made breakfast each morning. Two en suite bathrooms made this space perfect for 2-4 adults. Beds were comfy. Zoned heating was a real plus. Fantastic neighborhood with groceries and great restaurants in walking distance. Don’t miss Madison Park Bakery if you stay in this neighborhood!

Good bedrooms. Bathtub in upstairs bathroom needs grab bars and hose mounted shower head. Furniture in living room not comfortable especially for reading and TV watching. Outside patio furniture in very poor condition and extremely uncomfortable. We never used it. The outdoor grill was disgusting. I cleaned it but did not use it. The tiny parking space in alley not usable. We parked on 39th. Madison Park is what makes the property. Terrific community. Your price for the rental is ridiculous. At 4K/week I have rented six bedroom homes in Carmel By The Sea and Martha’s Vineyard for less. We rented it because our kids are in Seattle. At that price never again.

Delightful Madison Park Getaway

One of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. Very clean, the most comfortable/cozy bed in the primary, lovely patio and beautiful neighbor for walking through tree lined streets with close and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Very quiet location with plenty of off-street parking. Ryker was very responsive and accommodation.

Wonderful!

Perfect stay in Madison Park - great location in walking neighborhood with minimal traffic. Comfortable furnishings and linens, well equipped kitchen. Very dog welcoming with outside seating and fire pit. Our favorite place to stay in Seattle.

Beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood

Great location for access to Broadmoor Golf Club, nearby restaurants and market. Appreciated all amenities in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, fire pit and designated parking spot. Comfortable kind bed in master. Friendly hosts were easy to communicate with. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Very clean, great location

We loved the location of this home, in a cute and quiet neighborhood with coffee, restaurants, groceries, ice cream, parks, and the beach all within an easy walking distance! It was also an easy drive into downtown and to the 'burbs. The house is pretty small but fit our needs as a family of 4. The parking spot, as others have mentioned, is very tight to get in and out of from the alley. We had no trouble grabbing street parking every night when we got home, so just did that instead. We reached out to Ryker with a question about the TV and he replied immediately and so kindly. Lastly, the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, and pillows, and lots of kitchen basics. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect location

Tucked away in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Seattle, this little home is perfect for summer walks through charming Madison Park. A block away from Starbucks for a morning boost. There’s a little grocery store, several really nice shops, great restaurants (Cactus!), and even an ice cream shop. We appreciated the fenced in patio for our little dog. Responsive hosts too. The TVs were hard to figure out, probably our only issue.

The neighborhood is so beautiful. Easy commute into downtown so you can have peace and quiet in the evening. The house was well equipped and super clean.

Oasis in Madison Park

Absolutely loved the location. A short drive to UW to visit our daughter and see the cherry blossoms. The town of Madison Park is super sweet with great restaurants and an awesome view of Mt Rainier from the pier. The beds were super comfortable and the home had all the essentials and then some. I loved that there is an option for every coffee lover with the Keurig, brew pot, coffee press -- so Seattle! There is also fantastic bus access to downtown Seattle. We highly recommend this little oasis in Madison Park.

Perfect Place to Stay

We could not have been happier with the accommodations. Location is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, etc while nestled in a quiet, beautiful esidential area in North Seattle. Close to the Seattle Arboretum and Japanese Gardens, along with Madison Park. Plenty of off street parking and nice have a dedicated parking spot as well. Home was immaculate and the kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to make dinners together while spending time together in the comfort of this cozy home. Excellent communication by the host before, throughout and after our stay. Thank you Ryker!

A great base for exploring Seattle!

This 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom rental is a perfect base for exploring all of the various neighborhoods of Seattle, including Madison Park where it is located. It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and it’s a short walk to a Starbucks and a couple dozen shops and restaurants. There is also a small neighborhood grocery store within walking distance. The unit included everything we needed, and we didn’t need to contact the owner about anything during our six day stay. We spent our time being active sightseers in Seattle, and nothing was more than a 20 or 25 minute drive away. (The dedicated parking space at the unit was a bit small for our full sized SUV, so you might want to consider a smaller car if you are staying here.). This unit is a great choice for a small family or two couples looking for a base for exploring Seattle that is in a quiet and leafy green neighborhood.

Summer Weekend

Great home for attending a Mariners’ game and visiting Seattle. Madison Park is close to services and has lots of character. Home was comfortable for our family and pup. Great neighborhood and host. Very smooth check in and out process.

Great 3 week summer stay

Loved our stay. Would come back. Great location. Walkable to a few nice coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops. Loved walking down to the lake and beach. Very quiet and pretty neighborhood with beautifully landscaped yards. Nice layout for the 2 of us, and our small dog. Kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer were in all good order. Ice maker appeared broken, but ample supply of bagged ice was provided. A few nits
 Kitchen could use a few more supplies - Tupperware/storage, vegetable peeler, grater, wine opener, additional cutting boards. (We bought our own while there.) Most pots were dented, preventing the lids from fitting properly. Bathrooms were a bit small, with limited counter space. House is ideal for 2 adults and maybe a kid or two. Only the primary bedroom (and downstairs living area) has AC. 2nd bedroom just has a fan. Hoping to return next year.

Had a fantastic stay, house was exactly as advertised, communication with property manager was excellent. The location is steps from shops, quiet, and gorgeous. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay again!

Cute home, great location

Home is cute and cozy, very quiet. Great off street parking for 1 car. Location was walkable to little shops/restaurants and close to downtown Seattle. Host was super easy to work with. Will be staying at this location the next time we visit!

Clean and convenient

This is a great little house just a block or so from the shops of Madison Park. It faces the alley and has a small dedicated parking spot. Both bedrooms are upstairs with en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a large shower in the en suite, a mini-split AC unit, and TV. The smaller bedroom has a large bathtub/shower combination in the en suite and a nice fan. The beds were super comfy. There is a half bath downstairs, a very nice kitchen with a tea kettle, coffee pot, and Keurig. Things like spices, coffee, tea, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash were all provided, which makes it so easy! The only thing we didn't have was laundry detergent, but there is a great stackable washer/dryer set in the entry closet. Ryker was easy to communicate with and he provides you with a door code for easy check in. I would definitely stay here again.
