Looking for an amazing one-bedroom well-appointed vacation getaway? Look no further! âBeachyâ elegance awaits you. Step into this beautiful brand-new remodeled condo. Once you arrive, you never want to leave. This ground floor condo has a spectacular golf and pond view and is centrally located in the heart of Ocean Village and only steps from the beach. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a backsplash that compliments the entire kitchen, with seating for four. Bathroom area also has granite countertop with an updated walk-in shower. Checkout the little tucked away coffee bar, for all our coffee drinkers. Enjoy the flat screen TV that comes with a Pull-out sofa bed in living room, which is a huge plus. Wi-Fi, basic cable, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from; nine-hole par 3 Executive golf course, four swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, Tiki Bar, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard. The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!
