Cute comfy house

Good house to stay with friends and family. Though the backyard is not fenced which limits privacy, still a good and safe area to stay.

House was in a good location for us as we were going to my sons graduation at College of Idaho. Bed in master bedroom was very soft and squishy. Beds on bunk beds were hard.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay in Caldwell at this home. It was exactly as described and it was convenient for getting to and from the Boise area for the events that I needed to attend. The neighborhood was very quiet and I had no issues while being at the home. I would definitely return in the future if I need to be in the area again!

We had a nice stay overall. The jacuzzi was great, and we absolutely loved the 2 person sauna. The hosts were very attentive, easy to contact, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. One thing to note is that there isn’t much privacy in yard and jacuzzi area, as there’s no fence and neighboring homes can see in. Also, the kids didn’t love the bunk beds the top bunks felt unsteady.Overall, a comfortable stay with responsive hosts and great amenities, just a few things future guests may want to be aware of.

Great home

We had trouble opening the guest book so was unaware of the rules. Also there is no fence in between the backyards for privacy but we made it work.

Caldwell long stay

Bryce and Callie’s place is clean and decorated nicely. The hosts were quick to respond and even brought over a snow shovel when asked. Quiet neighborhood and an excellent location. Located on outskirts of Caldwell for quiet sleep, and Nampa is an easy drive to Karcher and Treasure Valley Marketplace for Costco and shopping. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the trouble free experience.

Quaint Caldwell House

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was strange that there wasn’t a back fence, only side fences. So you can easily see into the neighbors backyard. Home was nice for three adults. Plenty of room for kids as well, but we didn’t have any with us. If we need to stay in Caldwell again we would rent this property. It was comfortable and quiet.

House was nice and well appointed. Perfect for me and the boys to crash for a couple nights. The yard does not have side gates or a rear fence if you need that for your pet. It’s a bit of a surprise for those of us that come from fenced locations. The hot tub is on the back patio and is a direct view into the rear neighbors house. It’s also a bit off putting though we used the tub.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback, Austin. We’re glad to hear the house was comfortable for you and the boys. We sincerely apologize for the surprise regarding the yard fencing during your stay. Since then, the property has been fully fenced, to provide a more secure space for pets and added privacy. We also appreciate your note about the hot tub view. We understand how that could feel a bit off‑putting, and we’ll continue looking into ways to improve the experience. We truly value your comments, as they help us make the home better for future guests.
