Disney 12 bedroom luxury mansion with private pool

Welcome to our home! There is a room for everyone in this 12 bedroom mansion, whether you are a princess, wizard, or jedi. Come and experience the magic of Disney (5 miles away), the thrills of Universal(10 miles away), and all that the Kissimmee area has to offer. After a long day out and about come home and relax by your private pool and hot tub. The kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room for a family meal or enjoy family movie night in one of the living rooms.

Our beautiful home has 12 bed rooms 10 of which have there own on suite. The house can comfortably sleep 30 guest of all ages. Every room but two have there own tv. There is a living room and laundry room on each floor. Each room has a different Magical Theme. You have your own private heated pool and hot tub. With option of security fence for the pool. Our home is prefect for family reunions or large get togethers. The kitchen is stocked to serve 30 guests. There is plenty of cook ware to prepare meals. There are wine, beer and margarita glasses for all your drinking pleasures.

The house is located in the beautiful Bella Vida Resort. You will have access to the community pools, hot tubs, game room, gym, beach volleyball and theater room. The house is walking distance from Shingle Creek Regional Park. There are enough parking for 6 cars in the drive way and the garage. If you need additional parking there are over flow parking lot at the front of the Resort. The community has a strict no parking in the street or grass areas. That is enforced by towing at the owners expenses.

Our house is located in Bella Vida Resort. Orlando Florida near Disney World and all the Florida Parks
- Please, don’t use the bath towels outside. Plenty of pool towels are provided.

-Try not to use any metal utensils while using the nonstick pans.

*If you need anything for the house that we don’t already provide, please feel free to reach out and request it. If it’s not there, it’s just because we hadn’t thought of it. Especially if it’s something future guests would find useful.*

CHECKOUT:
-Also, please load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the load before you leave.
-Your welcome to leave any food in the fridge that didn’t get used. I’ll make sure it doesn’t go to waste.

-I hate that I even have to put this in writing, but... if the POLICE have to come out to the house for ANY reason, that is terms for an immediate evection without reimbursement. Please, just keep it classy.
