This bright and spacious 1600 sq ft 2nd-floor condo features an open-concept design with a high-end kitchen, generous living and dining areas, and a cozy reading nook bathed in natural light—perfect for working or unwinding with a good book. 2 Comfortable Bedrooms: One with a king bed, the other with a queen—perfect for a restful night.
Extra Sleeping Options: The living room includes a sofa bed, and the cozy mini couch in the reading nook converts into a twin bed—great for extra guests or little ones.
* Parking: Private 1-car garage plus an additional space in front of the garage, for a total of 2 parking spots. Street parking is also available and free for up to 3 nights with city permission.
* Access: Full private access to the unit, patio, and garage. The yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with 2 other units.
* Neighborhood & Attractions:
Historic Brewer's Hill: A peaceful, tree-lined area with charming century-old homes. The neighborhood is a short walk from restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. Perfect for enjoying Summerfest, local festivals, or catching a Buck’s game or Brewers game.
* Host may not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
* Public Transport: Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar are nearby; Uber and Lyft are readily available.
* Please Note:
This unit is part of a multi-unit building with all units available for short or midterm rentals. While the building is newly constructed, soundproofing between units may not be perfect, so some noise from other guests may be heard. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we require that shoes be removed before entering the unit and that no loud music or late-night partying occurs.

To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following details:
- Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, a $10/night Safely damage insurance fee is included—adding an extra layer of protection throughout your stay.
- Children: Because sound travels between floors in our building, we’re unable to accommodate children under 8. Thank you for understanding.
- Local Guest Policy: This home is reserved for short- and mid-term stays only. We’re unable to host guests who reside in Milwaukee.
- Sound Considerations: While newly built, the home is not fully soundproof. You may hear other guests—and they may hear you—so we kindly ask for consideration, especially during quiet hours.
- Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is not a party-friendly property. Noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
- Extended Stays: For reservations over 30 days, a residential lease will be provided for signing.
- Cleanliness: Please remove shoes when entering the unit—this helps keep the space clean and cozy for everyone.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Equipment & Devices: Please don’t tamper with the internet, cameras, or other devices—we’re happy to help if something needs attention.
- Guests & Gatherings: Planning to have visitors or a small event? Just let us know in advance—approval is required and additional fees may apply.
- Additional Guests: A nightly fee applies for guests not included in your initial reservation.
- Pets: Furry friends are welcome, but please don’t leave them unattended in the unit.
- Group Stays: Traveling with a larger group? Reach out—we may have availability in other units to accommodate everyone.
- Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.
- Damage or Cleaning Needs: If anything comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can take care of it.
* Balcony Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the balcony until 10:00 PM. Out of respect for neighbors, late-night use is not permitted and may result in a fine.
