We stayed for two nights while in town to move our daughter in at Marquette. The property is in a good location to get to most places in and around downtown easily. Appreciated the off street parking. Our unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had tons of natural light. The nook with the desk and small loveseat was great for working and reading. Communication was great and everything was as expected. Would highly recommended!

The property was well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. It is located in a lovely, historic neighborhood, but is also within two miles of downtown and the art museum. The only downside is that sounds from the other units are easily heard due to the hardwood floors and open design.

Enjoyed my stay…

This property is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood was very cute (especially if you like the hipster vibe) The rooms were very cozy and comfy. Wish I could have stayed longer, will be rebooking in the future. Also, the check-in and out was smooth.

Clean and Comfortable

This property is as beautiful as it looks in the photos on VRBO. We found the property to be clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent and responsive. We asked to check in early and our request was accommodated. I would highly recommend this property!

The Belle was swell

Very spacious and comfortably furnished. Quiet neighborhood very close to downtown, lower east side, and riverwest. Having a garage and second bathroom are features not usually available in this price range. Only minor complaints were the unfunctional icemaker and partially clogged hall bath tub. Would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location

Strongly recommend. Great apartment. Directions were excellent especially to parking area- great to have a garage and parking for addition car outside garage. Instructions for entry were good but could have been more explicit about oartmwbr door. We were trying to use code in lock box. Looked at electronic one if door but it wasn't clear you gave to wave at it to get display to appear. However, a call and text for assistance got a very quick response back to us with directionsApartment was very clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms and two baths were well appointed. Nice that the pull out couch (used by a 14 year old) was in the slightly enclosed office area giving a bit of privacy. TV worked well and had options to use Roku, Netflix, etc but no cable (only one person was disappointed.) Outdoor deck was a great place to get morning sun and drink my clothes (or coffee ). Chairs could be more comfortable but the two cushions helped a bit.Internet connection was strong. Please note- master bedroom seems to get heat first so set temp a little lower to comfortable. But they happens in most homes. Other tenants (only saw one on top floor) were quiet and respectful. Only heard footsteps once! Would suggest guest book include instructions on Roku. While we use Roku at home, my sister and son had never used it and were a bit confused. Also would be nice to include local restaurants. Suggest Flickers pizza for pizoul.

Beautiful place, great host, and close to everything!

We will definitely be back to stay here again. The place was very clean, spacious, and close to everything. Food places walkable, an easy 5 min drive to downtown, and we had no problem finding Ubers to and from. There is also a garage and plenty of parking on the street for those who have cars. The neighborhood was safe and quiet which was great as we were up early for the triathlon races over the long weekend. All kitchen ware is provided and we were able to cook some meals at home (2 grocery stores within 5 min drive as well). Special thank you to the amazing host as well. We had some issues with the AC and we got an immediate response and had someone out to fix it within an hour. If you need a place to stay close to downtown I 100% recommend it.
