🔇 Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.

- Please note, this unit is located in a building with multiple units. All units are short or midterm rentals. While the building is newer construction, the sound barrier between units is not perfect & you may hear some overhead noise from other guests. Our house rules do require that shoes are removed prior to entry & no loud music or late night partying to mitigate any disturbances.

- Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the property smoke-free. Thank you!
