Clean room and comfortable beds! Condo was large enough for all of us to be comfortable. A nice place to stay off of the strip but still super close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!

We only got to stay one night, we were just passing through. We loved this condo, it was perfect, especially the view of both the town and the mountains. Our condo was on the 6th floor so that made the view even better.The unit was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully a little longer next time.

Great location and nice unit. Steep drive way but good parking. Traffic in the area was busy but that is likely typical for the time of year. Host was very responsive and attentive.

Great place to stay

The Big Bear Resort was clean, modern and had great views of not only the beautiful smokey mountains but also the town of Pigeon Forge. Management was easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back.
