Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- Guarantee 300 ⏠(will be refunded 1 week after departure)
plus electricity per consumption (there is a solar system)
Between November to April the expenses for internet, electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
The Space:
Gorgeous holiday home with private pool and beautiful landscaped garden.
Satellite TV, DVD player, radio, central heating, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric stove and a complete kitchen equipment as well as a carport and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. In the almost secluded garden and front garden with its mighty palm trees, olive and citrus trees and a variety of flowering Mediterranean plants invite many cozy places to sit and sunbathe.
A barbecue area and a paved with jasmine pavilion beautify the food at home.
Mosquitoguards on the beds.
For rent is the apartment on pool-level. It has a bright and comfortable living-dining room, 1 american kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms with double beds (each with air conditioning), 1 large bathroom with shower and toilet.
At the first floor is a second apartment. Between September to June it may be possible, that the property-owner stay in the upper apartment. But - if so - they don't use the pool - this area is for exclusive and private use for the tenants. In July/August the owner is not in Spain - and the upper apartment is closed.
From the living area you can reach the covered porch directly to the pool (about 10 x 5 m).
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
The Neighborhood:
The house is in a quiet residential area and very centrally located.
Getting Around:
Large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, medical practices, dentists, pharmacies, bakeries, a spectacular rocky bay with the famous beach bar "Algas" and a bank are within 5 minutes walking distance - the center and the main beach in about 15 minutes.
Distance to the sandy beach 900 m, pebble beach 600 m, supermarket and restaurants 500 - 800 m; Golf 1 km.

Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
