Easy access into the townhome without steps or porch. Enjoy your quiet secluded stay without neighbors below or above. Private back yard for BBQ's and sunbathing. The backyard has a Kamado Joe for smoking or grilling. Easy access to stores and fast foods. The townhome has been lovingly remodeled and furnished with every kitchen appliance needed for an extended stay, including an induction plate and pressure cooker. Lovely Bose radio that can connect to your phone for music as well as a few hundred DVD’s to play in the Blu-ray DVD player. Free WiFi and You Tube TV with a 65” TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Enjoy the communal pool and hot tub and the friendly community. The Maverik gas station and Home Depot is within walking distance and an Albertson's grocery store is just a little over a mile away. This is a perfect retreat for an extended stay in beautiful, sunny St. George.

Linda Hansen är värd
We love to travel and recently lived in South Africa and enjoy the beauties of the earth. We currently reside in Spanish Fork, Utah but have always wanted a retreat in St. George, Utah. Lynn, my husband, is suffering with memory loss but in his early years was a member of a band and loved playing the drums. His favorite band was the Beatles. His memory comes alive when we play his favorite tunes and he can sing along with all of the lyrics. Hence, we have named our retreat "Penny Lane" in honor of the Beatles and also because of the copper color of the townhome roofs, and to Lynn and to the millions of people in the world suffering from this horrible disease.
I'm Linda and we've been married 50 years this coming November. We have (7) magnificent children and (28) adorable grandchildren with (4) greats. We are beyond blessed!
We hope you find peace and refuge from the busy life and stresses of the world when you visit "Penny Lane" and love and care for it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende
This is the perfect property to rest, unwind, and recharge. Lynn's memory seems to come 'alive' when we come to St. George. It must be the air! We love coming here to enjoy the sunshine and the community and the beauties of nature which surrounds this valley.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Secluded, yet within walking distance to grab a soft drink at Maverik or a forgotten tool at Home Depot. The townhome is at a dead end street so there is no traffic coming back and forth. The pool is within a stones throw from the townhome. There's a lovely park and hiking trails just up the street and a church a hop over the next door neighbor's back yard fence. (Just don't hop over their fence. It's not the neighborly thing to do.)
