Location, location, location! This fresh and bright apartment on the 17th floor is perfectly situated to explore San Juan and Puerto Rico. Ideal for 1 or 2 guests, it also includes a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing accommodation for up to 4 guests.
The bedroom is spacious, featuring a king-size bed, a desk with a chair, a TV, and a window A/C unit. There's also a dehumidifier, an attached bathroom, a closet, and impressive views, all with access to Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and free use of a washer and dryer (just bring your own detergent). The living room is furnished with a comfortable set of furniture (a sleeping sofa) and a dining table for 4 and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.
Parking is assigned and indoors, keeping your car cool, and gated with 24/7 security. The location is within walking distance of the University of Puerto Rico, restaurants, public transportation, Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, gas stations, ATMs, banks, and more.
A short drive takes you to San Juan, Luis Muñoz MarĂn International Airport, the Mall of San Juan, Choliseo, Plaza Las AmĂ©ricas, highways, beaches, and other attractions.
Guest parking is available for up to 4 hours; after that, there's a $50 HOA fee, so make sure not to exceed the limit to avoid the fine!

This property is managed by me and my cousin Liliana. We are offering one of the best locations in San Juan to explore the island. Close to everything in the city of San Juan, including airport. Free parking on premises and 4 hour visitor parking
