Detta är en vacker villa som ligger i den exklusiva och prestigefyllda Palmilla Community. Inom denna gemenskap hittar du ett avskilt och gated område som kallas Villas De Montana. Det är här du hittar en villa med fantastisk utsikt över havet och bergen känd som Casa Miguel (Villa 142).

Denna underbara villa har två master sviter, alla med balkong och havsutsikt från sängarna och stora master badrum. Familjerummet består av en stor och bekväm soffa som drar ut i en säng och även loungeförlopp. I TV-bröstet hittar du en stor platt-TV med digitalt surroundljud och satellit-TV. Surroundljuden har även ipod / MP3-funktioner samt CD / DVD- och tuneralternativ.

En stor balkong har panoramautsikt över havet och bergen och innehåller också ett bord med 4 stolar och två solstolar med kuddar. Köket är fullt utrustat med kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, ugn / spis, kylskåp, allt bestick och mixer. Slutligen är möjligheten att packa ljus möjlig med denna villa på grund av den senaste tekniken tvättmaskin och torktumlare som finns i lokalerna. Låt dig inte luras, den här egenskapen har allt och är verkligen one-of-a-kind !!

Even better than expected!

We had high expectations and were met with a home that was even better than the pictures and wonderful service. The use of the golf cart and access to all of the Palmilla amenities including dining options at One & Only was enough to make us want to come back. Very lovely, restful, and easy trip with top-notch hospitality (the concierge services were an absolute TREAT).

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. The trip to the beach was easy with the golf cart. Our only negative remark would be the dish box was very out dated and needs to be replaced. Ulises was wonderful!!!!

Another amazing stay!

This was our third summer staying at what our family affectionately now calls "our condo." It really does feel like home coming back. It's so beautiful and comfortable. It's the perfect location and so relaxing. We love going from the beach to the community pool to Palmilla Dunes. The restaurants are so fun to drive to on the golf cart and the area is just gorgeous. We love Palmilla and our time at Villas de Montana.

Family holiday over the holidays

Stayed here over the holidays with my Husband and 2 kids 19 & 17. It was a great trip. We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and use of golf cart and Dunes club. Can’t wait to go back.

Great spot in Palmiila!

We had a great stay here. The communication throughout was great. The property was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The use of the golf cart, and access to the Palmilla Dunes club was really helpful as we spent a lot of time at the gym and pool. The place had all the little things needed for convenience and would be great for a family with kids as well. Will definitely come back!!

So good to be back!

This property is perfect for relaxing, and has easy access to a swimmable beach, a small pool within a few steps of the front door, a fantastic club with every possible amenity, grocery stores and fun shopping. The owners are wonderful to deal with, as is the property management company. After three stays here, we can safely say that this is a home away from home, and a place we look forward to returning to again and again.

Another Perfect Week in Palmilla
