Quiet & peaceful

My family of 5 had ample space here! Everyone had their own space. The beds were comfy and kitchen spacious even though we didn't cook much. Home was neat and tidy and bright. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

My family members and I stayed here for a family vacation and this was a great house, great location and communication was great. Only issues were: limited glassware in kitchen and a broken curtain rod/no curtain in one of bedrooms. Also would like to mention it would have been helpful to have dressers in the bedrooms. Overall had a great time!

Quick Weekend

We didn't get to use the house as much as we wanted outside of a place to sleep. But with that said, it met all of our needs with no issues. If we go back next year like we are planning, we will look at the same property.

Great Location

The house was in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants near by. Bathroom in master bedroom is very small but did the job and towels needed upgrading. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Coziest place we’ve stayed.

The stay was Wonderful. The host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what we were expecting. The house was super clean and felt just like a home away from home. We will definitely be booking this when we come back in town. Thanks!!

Visiting our kids

Our Son in law, daughter, and grand son recently moved to Brandon, MS from Wisconsin. We traveled from northern Indiana with our parents to visit the kids in their new house. The rental was very clean, listing was spot on, and Tye was amazing to communicate with. Will definitely stay again on our trips to see the kids and grand baby.

Bass Fishing Tournament

The location was great. Close to the reservoir. The home had everything you would need for your stay . Ty was wonderful to work with he answered all of my questions and returned all of my phone calls promptly. Will be staying again. We were there for a high school fishing tournament it was a perfect stay.

Nice home, good location.

Overall very nice property in a good location. Strong smoke smell in garage which faintly drifted into the house. Otherwise very clean and well kept.

Great location, quiet and convenient

We had a pleasant stay. The owner was great. No hairdryer and no clothes hangers was surprising but we managed. Living room furniture was super comfortable. The place worked well for my group going back and forth to the hospital.

Convenient and comfortable

The property owner was great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. Location was great for our family who was here to celebrate my daughter’s wedding with us. We had 5 adults and 2, 1 year olds, and they thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of this property. They also felt extremely safe as this property is in a great neighborhood close to great dining, shopping, and grocery options. I highly recommend this property if you find yourself in the Jackson, MS metro area. .
