Conveniently located in York Village this adorable house has everything you need. Comfortably sleeping 8 people. Spend the day at the beach, and then come home to relax in this retreat! The kids will enjoy the spacious yard while you enjoy the convenience of preparing dinner with the outdoor gas grill. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The upstairs area has another bedroom with full futon.

Nice place - clean - great location to walk to beach and other attractions! Kitchen could use more pans and a dishwasher - next time I’d bring bicycles and my kayak or paddle board

Perfect Location

We had a Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding close by. It was the perfect situation for us. Close and Convenient to the venue. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

Wonderful property.

We needed a place to accomodate a few special needs and this house was perfect. One sister needed her alone spce which the upstairs provided. And those needing everything on one floor had their needs met. All of us enjoyed the stay and would go back.

Amazing Get-away in Maine

This place was incredible! I loved everything about it, the cleanliness...the space...the price...outside etc. The owner was unbelievably kind and understanding! Will definitely request again in the future!! The whole family had a blast : )

Our Maine family getaway

My girls, age 12 and 15, wanted beaching and shopping so we decided to stay in the York Beach area. We enjoyed our vacation and the location was such that we traveled to different areas, i.e. Kittery, OOB, Ogunquit, etc. We were sad to leave as this little home away from home met all our needs and expectations. Thank you.

Good location between beach and town; nice yard, clean

Very nice house, big yard, nice loft area that the 11 year old enjoyed. Dining area is tight, but will seat 4 comfortably. TV and utilities are fine, parking easy for 3-4 cars, quiet street for the most part. A few standard “niceties” would improve the property, for example there are no coasters for the furniture, or sponge for dishes, no bathmat for shower; just minor details. Overall, would recommend if you want to be close to beach area but not on the beach. A few hiccups with management company (provided incorrect access code, 2 weeks after our stay we are still waiting for refundable deposit, which we believe is being resolved) accounts for the overall rating.

Summer rental

Perfect spot for a summer beach rental! Beautiful 4 bedroom house with a large family room and eat-in kitchen. Beautiful back patio and backyard. It was perfect for our family with the beach right around the corner.

Convenient location

Our family enjoyed the stay. It was an easy drive to Ogunquit, Portsmouth, local beach, and attractions. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs loft/bedroom was really nice to keep the family up there to hang out while my toddler son can sleep downstairs.

Great rental in York Beach

Our experience with this property rental was great. The house was clean and neat and well air conditioned. Located only a few miles from the beach, it was nice to leave the crowded beach area at the end of the day. Nice patio and yard with fire pit for evening enjoyment. Would rent this property again.

Nice place.

The home was nice. I think the ad said 2 showers but there is only 1. The upstairs bath has a tub without shower. The couches were not comfortable. The property needs some landscape maintenance (mowing and pruning). Overall, it worked out fine for us.
